燈光太暗，電視沒有信號，冰箱太小不能放自己的東西，每天清潔都沒有補消耗品（牙刷和卸妝棉棉花棒），房間隔音不好，冷氣很吵，廁所和浴室沒得同時關門。

Great location, close to lots of nice restaurants and beach clubs, but also due to this, the traffic is usually a bit bad. The restaurant is pretty good, and the service is decent. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Hotel Staff is nice and helpful. The room is big and clean with stable hot water and free mini bar refreshments. The location is great as it is close to famous cafes and Potato Head. Good breakfast menu with all you can eat.

Do not rely on their email conversation

Overal it is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good location. However, staying at a hotel cannot be worse than the receiption cannot find your booking when you checkin. I made 5 seperate booking for a group of 16 persons. I emailed the hotel one week before arrival to make sure. In the email i have already provided the hotels.com booking reference. the manager confirmed and claimed he will try to put us on the same floor. In the morning before checking, i emailed again and told the hotel we will arrive around 2pm and need an extra bed. The manager replied to confirm. Everything went good until we reached the hotel. The reception said she can only find 3 out of 4 bookings, even I showed her the 5 booking reference.and the extra bed is not already. i showed her the email conversation and open my hotels.com app for her to check. After checking, she asked me to email her the details even she was in front of me!!! I asked her to call hotels.com directly. After 60min of checking (so, 16 of us were waiting in the lobby), we finally got our rooms on two seperate floors and one room will be ready in another hour. What a waste of time. Do not come if you are a large group. They will screw up your holiday.

Worthy the money!!!

Though not located in town ctr. They provide free shuttle to main area. Only cost 1 or 2 dollar if you take a cab (bluebird). Staff are nice and always with a smile. Top roof is such a nice place to enjoy sunset! Must recommend to all of you!

I thought the staff were lovely helpful and engaging. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel every time. My room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was in the front facing room and the traffic was very busy. Thankfully I had earplugs to help reduce the noise but everything in the room is very functional. The hotel has a rooftop bar where you can have a drink and look towards the ocean and enjoy a sunset. The cocktails can be cheaper at happy hour. The hotel has a restaurant attached and you can get a one time voucher for 25% off. The hotel is in a great location and not far from the beach. It’s also across from the entrance to potato head which is very helpful. There are many restaurants close by and places to have massages. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Everything and EVERYBODY WAS AMAZING!!!!!! This place was such a vibe. I'm mad that I did not spend my entire trip here of instead of Villas hoping. This place is a true gem and it's in the heart of the city. Everything is withing walking distance and GET THE BREAKFAST!!! its all you can eat made to order... AMAZING.. im still in shock this was the cheapest and very ladt minute hotels I booked yet the BEST and itsright across the street from Potatoe Head.THIS PLACE IS 100000/10. They also allowed late check out of course for a small fee but its totally worth it if having a late flight. I will revisit this place ALL THE TIME when staying in Seminyak.... The colors ,the decor, the theme floors, the staff, and rooms... this place is truly one of a kind! THE BEST...
