Disappointed

The room had roaches. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and never seen roaches like I did this trip. Last time I saw a few and now it’s a whole family. The night clerk got an attitude with me because I rung the alert buzz and yelled for me to stop and I could’ve just knocked on the glass. There’s no sign instructing guests to do such and I’m only doing what the buzz was installed for. This may be the last time I stay at this hotel. As a loyal customer I expect better than that.

Health hazard

I reserved a nonsmoking room. All three of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of recent cigarette usage which infiltrated everything. The white sheets had scattered human hair lodged in them. They had blood stains. The first room toilet had urine on the seat. I called the front desk as soon as I arrived in the room.The young man was polite and apologetic. He took use from room 208 to 214 which he closed the door right away the smell was worst absolutely horrendous. I asked for a refund but he said he couldn’t give a refund of my 145 dollars. Then he said let me take you to room 114 which also smelled of cigarette. It was dark/raining and I was stuck. In a strange area with two asthmatic children in a room that was a health hazard. We slept in our clothes on top of the bedding. We didn’t shower or touch anything we didn’t need to touch. We checked out as soon as the sun came up at 6am. I called hotels.com to report this issue and spoke to two ladies at the front desk.

Our room reeked of cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. We asked for another and were moved to another room that reeked of cigarettes. Aside from that, it’s fine.

WORST MOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!! I drove and arrived late with my teen daughter. Only needed to sleep 5 hours. Hotel clerk which I expect is the manager (middle eastern maybe) was very rude and aggressive towards me which was frightening since I am traveling a one with a female child. The room I was given smelled moldy and I went back to the office and asked for another room. The clerk said he could come and spray my room and I said, no thank you, I'd like another room. He then told me there were no rooms available. There were less than 12 cars ont he property and I said, "You aren't booked up obviously, you have another room?" His repsonse was " Are you asking me or telling me?" Confused by his response, I asken him what he said and he then repeated the phrase slowly and more intentionally so I have the keys back and asked for a refund. He said I would need to go through expedia. I called expedia immediately after and they couldn't reach the hotel. They continued to try for a week to resolve this and didn't so I now have to dispute with my credit card. DON'T GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN> THERE IS CLEARLY ZERO RESPECT FOR THEM CULTURALLY. This man just may be dangerous. He parks his personal grey/ dark beige van in the front where motel guests are supposed to park, BEWARE!
