It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.

We want down to pigeon Forge to enjoy the ball fall for New Year’s Eve the first day there after checking the beds notice water cap on floor and a piece of paper that night after turn in the bathroom light there was a cockroach on the wall ..the next day my father passed away and we had to get back to Ohio and the office act like they didn’t wanna refund the money for that night even after I told them what happened and turned the key in before 1130 I should of gotten two night refund

Roaches!
We left early because they had roaches. Our room was not ready when we got there like promised at 3 o’clock. We had to wait until after four. The cleaning lady had her kids running around the whole time., there were two washcloths for three nights and two people. The mattress pad had stains on it where it had not been washed. Luckily, I brought my own sheets and pad because everything was nasty. The shower was clean. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again

Winter visit to Pigeon Forge.
This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed there. Great price, and great location for Pigeon Forge. Rooms are basic but all we need for a few days in the mountains.

Trashy place
Walked in to room, walked right back out. It looks like the ratings were bought. I have stayed in some sketchy places. But this was the worst ever and no refund!! Hotels.com has let me down again! DO NOT STAY HERE. Room smelled like urine, smoke and pot. People sitting in walkway while trying to get to our room.

The place smelled awful and had roaches. Vacation was ruined & we had to come home since Facility and Expedia both refused any sort of refund, I even had photos of all the roaches. Expedia will not back your purchases at all and the hotel refused refund because room was bought through Expedia. I will never rent a hotel through Expedia again!!!

Our shower did not work properly. It sprayed in multiple directions and was weak, and the handle was partially detached from the wall. Also, the bed was uncomfortable.

Room smelled of old cigarette smoke, mildew. Room needs updating,still has old dirty carpet. Saw a Cockroach in the bathroom. Checkin staff was friendly, saw a staff member sweeping dirt from the second floor walkway onto parked cars and guests below. I will not return to this property

It was very clean which is most important to me. The walls are very thin though and we heard a lot of noise from the room next to us. Also the mattress was not good. Very sunk in in places and way too soft.

Do not expect to get the room u see in the pics here on Expedia. The room they first gave us was outdated and smelled very old. Roaches running up the walls.A big stain on the old 1970s comforter. So we told him these are not the pics we saw on Expedia, he gave us a “supposedly”updated room. Nicer floors, and walls but the cousin roaches was in there. The housekeepers young daughter walked in on us without knocking. Old bedding in the new rooms. This place is the definition of roach motel! I would never come here again. I can’t believe this is rated so high on here and am literally shaking my head!
