I would definitely stay here again!! The staff is so welcoming, offering us chocolates and coffee at check-in. I was having a pretty terrible day, and they got us talking and sharing stories! It was really amazing!! The room was also very comfortable and the shower was luxurious!!! What an amazing find!

The couple that greeted us were amazing!!’ They told us all about the area and how to get around. Everything was clean and they were great at communicating whenever we had any questions. The room was a little dark - we didn’t have a view but we only used the room to sleep and get ready. Highly recommended this property- super close to the train station.

Highly recommend!

Wow! This little inn is a hidden gem! It was immaculately clean, the host was very accommodating, and it had air conditioning that we could adjust to our comfort level. We stayed in connected family rooms, with the parents in one room, a Jack and Jill bathroom in between, and the kids' room with twin beds on the other side of the bathroom. It was perfect for our family. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you were visiting the Cinque Terre region.

The owner greeted me personally as I was walking down the street lugging around my heavy luggage. He took my luggage and helped me carry it to the hotel. Such an amazing warm and helpful touch. I found both Simone and Elisa kind and hospitable and made my stay feel like I was with family. Thank you so much.

Omg... The staff is absolutely amazing. We were arriving late but that had no problem assisting us getting to the hotel. Elisa was a darling. She kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and tried to assist us getting back to the hotel after trainitalia personnel was striking. This part was frustrating but it is what it is. The hotel was super clean and not far from the train for commute. Definitely a great spot of you want to to stay in La Spezia.

Great host and good location

A more attentive host will be hard to find. Elise took care of every request. Constantly on premises making sure your stay is comfortable. Walkable to the train station and the ferry port. Host has several rooms on the main floor of an apartment building. The rooms are segmented from the rest of the building so you will have no interaction with any of those tenants. Room was spotless with adequate space to move around. A/C worked well and room has a mini fridge stocked with a couple of bottles of water. Bed was a little hard for my taste but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend

Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold på stedet. Værterne er meget søde og hjælpsomme, og de tog sig god tid til at introducere byen, da vi kom. Stedet ligger meget centralt placeret, hvilket er godt i forhold til besøg både i byen og i Cinque Terre. Man skal dog forberede sig på, at der kan være lidt støj fra byen, primært fra trafikken, om natten.

C'était pas bien c'était SENSATIONEL

Rarement on a été aussi bien servi et accueilli par nos hôtes Elisa Et Simone. On était pas encore chez eux qu'ils nous ont aidé pour garer la voiture car tout était encombré. Nous avons eu droit ensuite à pleins d'informations pour notre séjour et des attentions entre petits chocolats bouteille de vin et eau fraîche. L'accueil et la gentillesse de ce couple nous ont fait beaucoup de plaisir. MERCI GRAZIE MILE!!!

Eine Bewertung möchte ich wegen der aktuellen Renovierungen nicht abgeben. Das Zimmer ist modern saniert eignet sich jedoch nicht zum aufhalten also reine Übernachtung. Andere Aufenthaltsräume sind nicht vorhanden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Raum nur mit Klimaanlage zu belüfteten. Zimmer 7

We were greeted by Elisa who was kind enough to let us check-in earlier as we had two tired kids. We had the two connecting double rooms which were very clean. Comfortable beds and great AC. Unfortunately the window couldnt really open because there was construction in that side of the street (and the room is on the ground floor) but luckily the room was bright enough with lighting. It is in a great area around the corner from all the restaurants and about a 5 block walk to the main train station which you will need to take if you also plan to take day trips to Cinque Terre or other areas such as Portofino. Elisa was a very nice and friendly person and gave us good recommendations on what to do around the area. :)
