Great stay

All was as advertised. The $5 charge for breakfast is at 2 fine establishments in town. The only issue was finding the driveway from the roadway. Coming from the park side we found no sign of the lodge nor where to enter the property. FINALLY after drive by's we found an unmarked driveway entrance. There is a nice sign coming toward the park but not the other way. CONFUSION but we found it.

It was great for our family, the room has all what we needed to stay comfortably and very close to shuttle bus to visit the National park and the vouchers for Breakfast was also a great deal and the restaurant recommended for it very nice and yummy. If we comeback has to be at this place to stay

It was a little hard to find the property (exceptionally dark at night) but it was worth it. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great shower. Going up the road for breakfast was a bit awkward, as the two restaurants available were quite busy. Overall though it was a great stay.

This place was AMAZING. Wow. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Great communication, absolutely gorgeous room, and the most convenient spot. I will remember sitting in the backyard and watching shooting stars forever. What a beautiful way to end our cross country road trip! We will definitely be back to Zion and will absolutely be staying at Canyon Vista Lodge :)

We absolute loved our stay. Location is right next to the first bus stop, which you may know when busses fill up, they will skip some of the later stops. Room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and paid special attention to little things such as good body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. She also helped us do a late check in. TV was new and big and we were able to hook our apple TV on. Plenty of parking on site. The hot tub was extremely comfortable after a long day of hiking. There were chairs next to the river and a place for a bon fire. Showers were hot and water pressure excellent. There is a fridge and microwave. A/C worked great. This was one of the best place we've ever stayed at and plan to come back in the future.

Charming B&B

My husband and I were traveling to UT for a friend's wedding in Rockville. Our flight was delayed so we weren't able to check in between 3-6. The owner was sure to leave the check-in envelope on the board for us and left a light on with the key in the room. The property was peaceful, and well maintained with the Virgin River running behind it. The room was spacious, clean and charming. We were in need of an iron and ironing board and the owner was responsive to providing one. The owner was very friendly and accessible. The property is in a great location! We were 5 minutes or less from the restaurants/shops in Springdale and the entrance to Zion. We took advantage of the breakfast vouchers and found this to be a great deal! Oscars restaurant was our favorite. I 10/10 recommend Canyon Vista Lodge

Great choice for your stay in Zion! No Elle is an amazing host. B&B was clean, cozy, quiet- loved having a little kitchenette! Convenient to last stop on Springdale shuttle. I recommend without hesitation!

This is a single family residence broken up into apartments.....not what I consider a lodge. Also, there was construction in progress that we were unaware of.

This was a wonderful choice for us. Right at the end of the Springdale shuttle line, we had a choice of taking this one or driving into the park to catch the Zion Shuttle. Very clean and specious accommodations. Loved having coffee, microwave, and refrig…. Nice in room dining table as well as table on the porch. The hot tub was wonderful after the 9 mile hike in the park. JoNell was very knowledgeable and very helpful to us. Awesome experience.

The room we booked was much larger and nicer than I had anticipated. Large, comfy king bed with lots of pillows. Room was spacious and even included a pullout out mattress (which we didn't use). Our suite had a large dining table with 6 chairs which came in handy as we outlined our plans each evening for the next day. Walk in shower was large as well with a shower head that was in a good position that neither I or my husband had to do the limbo to shower (important when you are each 6 feet tall). Plenty of linens were provided as well. The owner was to be out of town during our stay and had communicated with us in advance of this. She had arranged for someone else to be sure that we were taken care of for the duration of our stay. When we arrived we had some questions re: breakfast and the gentleman (Tom I believe) drove the vouchers over within 15 minutes. Top notch service and attention. If I return to Zion, will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Perfect, quiet spot for our two nights here ... cross between a hotel and a B&B (without the breakfast). Only issue was a loose shower handle. Very convenient to Zion, great dinner recommendation (Wild Thyme) from host. Big, private backyard with great views. Did not use hot tub or fire pit.

Séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel ! La propriété se situe au bord d’une rivière paisible, offrant un jardin magnifique où la nature est reine. Chaque fin de journée, nous avons eu le privilège d’observer des cerfs venir délicatement croquer les pommes tombées des arbres – un spectacle à la fois rare et émouvant, qui donne l’impression de vivre en harmonie avec la faune locale. Le jardin, parfaitement entretenu, invite à la détente, que ce soit pour lire à l’ombre pendant les fortes chaleurs de l'été ou simplement profiter du calme du lieu. La vue sur les montagnes est à couper le souffle : dès le lever du soleil, les cimes se parent de couleurs changeantes, et le soir venu, elles se dessinent en silhouettes apaisantes à l’horizon. Une des chambre à une fenêtre horizontale qui permet de regarder cette vue de son lit ! L’environnement, à la fois sauvage et apaisant, permet un véritable dépaysement. Petit conseil : en été, la chaleur peut être intense dans la région, et la climatisation devient alors un confort presque indispensable. Heureusement, l’équipement présent assure des nuits agréables et réparatrices. Il y a beaucoup de lieux de restauration à Springdale mais je recommande de sortir de la ville et d'aller au Wild Thyme Café a 1km du B&B manger en terrasse. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux et l’envie certaine de revenir.

Unaware of having to buy food voucher for a place near the entrance to Zion park. We just stayed at another B&B in Bryce Canyon, and it was amazing with amazing breakfast, so this was a step down.
