Don’t do it!
A robot probably would have been more pleasant to deal with than both desk clerks that “served” us. If you can even call it that considering the lack of eye contact or simple conversation. Very dry and completely emotionless BOTH clerks. The cleanliness was terrible. The smoke detector in the room was covered with a plastic bag and non working. The shower was covered in what looked like oil smudges and clearly had not been cleaned.

Roach infested. Do not book.
Unclean and infested with roaches. There was a live roach in the bathroom when my kid and I arrived. I woke up at 4:30 am on the second night and killed the 4th roach in our room over two days. We left shortly after. We were unwilling to even try the breakfast. If there are roaches in the rooms, there are roaches everywhere. The floors in common areas were not cleaned (swept, mopped, vacuumed) at all during our stay. Stains on the furniture (couch, chair, headboard). A/C was loud and inconsistent. I will never stay at a Comfort again. It was nasty. I tried to be tolerant because I didn't want to lose money, but I lost sleep instead.

Would not recommend
This property is should not be rated a 7 more like a 3. Found a bug in the bathroom mildew in the shower the toilet paper roll was broken. Had to ask for towels. The tv remote and fan did not work.

Dirty dirty dirty Do not stay !!!
Dirty Towels ! Water in tub filled half way ! Used wash cloth hanging on the shower head sheets were not washed ordered to get new sheets and towels and told us we could get a refund to avoid a problem !! Never staying there! Horrible service !! Horrible room !!

This hotel is horrible there are dead roaches laying around, and all the showers are molded. The beds and bedding was stained pretty badly, the water was not hot at all and the tub did not drain properly. We had 8 rooms and none of them was up to par.. the breakfast was stale and the juices was watered down…

It was a comfortable stay. I can tell the building needs a little updating. The breakfast was ok, I was glad to have that option. The main reason I picked the hotel was the indoor pool for my daughter. It was way too cold to enjoy it.

2nd Floor smelled like something died. Reservation was for 5 days, housekeeping was supposed to happen on Day 4. Room, towels, and linens were not changed out. The room's air conditioner let out an old, smelly air.

First off, the reservation was canceled. The girl at the desk had to call expedia to get the reservation redone at the rate I had booked it for. The room had lighting problems. One light would only work if you screwed the light bulb in the socket. The shower was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The bottom of the shower had a slick film of soap on it, and places on the wall seams had black mildew. The A/C and heater unit had a high pitched sound in the blower motor. Only way we could sleep was to turn the unit off. Breakfast buffet was fair, but not good.
