Initial thoughts when we arrived were that the property was clean, the room spacious (king with balcony), and everything looked clean.
The bathroom was large and clean, but the towel holder on the door was a joke and fell off when anything touched it. The water temperature varied. Sometimes we got hot water right away and sometimes we only got room temperature water.
The bed was comfortable and the table and chairs in our room were adequate for our stay. The refrigerator knob was missing and was on the colder side, so items sometimes froze.
The balcony was a miss for us. It overlooked the parking lot, a large (thankfully one story) warehouse and a cabin across the way.
The breakfast buffet is nontraditional and we mostly avoided it. The laundry room was a miss as well with three working washers and only one functioning dryer. We went to the laundry mat instead.
The hotel has stairs (most used) and one elevator with three two-story sections on varying levels.
Finally, sometimes the hallways smelled VERY strongly of pot or febreeze and neighbors could be heard coming/going/talking loudly in their rooms next to us when we had them.
