Staff were wonderful. Our first floor room had a gap under the door that led outside and gaps around the main door.

It was very comfortable. The room was spacious and nice. We had a balcony, but it was a little chilly to use it. The common area was also spacious. Good breakfast. Nice game room. The only drawback was only one quite small elevator.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was better than usual. The only problem we had was that the shower drain plug wouldn't stay open. We finally found the magic spot where the plug would rest on the side so water would drain during a shower. The hotel's location was really convenient to the Stanley Hotel, where some in our family had tickets to a concert there, and to Rocky Mountain NP, so easy to go hiking. We really enjoyed our stay.

We love going to Estes Park This is our first at Expedition Our room was king size bed and I would even say king size room It was the largest room of any hotel we have ever been in Loved our room and the hotel is in a wonderful location and great mountain view Plan to stay here again soon for our 28 anniversary

It was interesting to say the least. We were greeted by a very nice individual when we arrived, got out room and went to it. It is an outdated lodge but not the worst I’ve stayed in. The bathroom toilet is small, walls were coming apart. I didn’t expect to much but the price I paid maybe a little better.

Everyone at the hotel was very kind and full of information about the location. The fire pits were nice. There was also an arcade and which had board games to play. The breakfast needed a better variety. The boiled egg and fixings were unappealing. It had such a beautiful room to eat.

Loved staying there got there later than expected at night traveled from nebraska for a not so fun reason and the staff was amazing when we got there so friendly smiled and made it a better night the morning staff was just as wonderful was very clean and nice looking definitely going to stay there again thank you to the hotel and staff that work there

Doors did not lock. Had a gentleman housekeeper enter our room unannounced very early in the morning. Air/heater and tv did not work. Toilet seat was broken. Front desk was not helpful with any of the above.

When we arrived the room was called we had to turn the heat on. Once we turn the heat on we had to adjust it and play with it once the heat went on it never shut off even when we turned it to the colder settings it ran all day all night very hard to sleep. It was either sweaty to hot or too cold without us touching anything the water heater are aged in malfunctioning they need updating. We did not feel there was enough room in the bathroom and we felt there some areas in the shower was on sanitary with the water fixture not being explainable how hot and cold works you had to guess a faucet that I have never seen before good luck on that one. Seeing the elk outside or window was gorgeous they're all over the place when it came to the morning breakfast has not been anything like any other place for a free breakfast had very little quite shocked for as many rooms that they have.
