Overpriced for how old and unkept it was.
The bed was old lumpy and probably needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. The toilet was difficult to flush. The couches were so worn out, the armrests were down to wood and uncomfortable. Hallways were dark and narrow. Made me feel like I was trapped in a 70s murder hotel.

There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. Compensation four our lost time (basically 1 day ) was not awarded. I don’t think we will risk our lives and stay at this establishment in the future. The empty restaurant which had “demanded” a reservation, could not accommodate a simple request of “something pasta based” for my marathoner running husband on the weekend the Grandmas Marathon was held. Nor did they have any kind of transport or suggestion of transport to the start point of the marathon. Overall a costly stay at a place that has seen better days (think late 80ies 90 Ives). Do not recommend, totally overpriced, with staff challenges)

With prime leave viewing time, room was not cleaned by check in time. Was a nice area. Poor signage and no info in room about the resort. Expected more from a resort.

Didn’t like that there was barely a lake view and Jacuzzi didn’t work. Technician took 4 hours to arrive and another 30 mins to fix Jacuzzi and overall sluggish service. Wouldn’t recommend for the price they’re charging.

Disappointed 😞
Was less than satisfied. Room was okay, no daily cleaning, no fresh towels. Have to request fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. Restaurant is very pricey, no lounge or bar. No place to sit and enjoy a beverage with lake views. Hot tub under repair, sitting area busy with guests checking in and out. Will not go back.

Overpriced for what we got. The whirlpool was subpar, jets didn’t work very well. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. And either the window or the ac was leaking and made the floor soggy, gross. Just wasn’t as good as I was planning for, definitely was not worth what we paid. I would have been happier at a hotel. Won’t be back!

Walked off the elevator to no carpet on a concrete non finished floor. No laundry, that ass out of order. No vending machines in the who building, a ice machine that was full of water, no ice! Room was nice, but booked for three people and was supplied with two towels and 2 wash cloths, had to wait over a half hour for more. Accused of not using the hotels key cards, when we returned them in the morning after using them for an entire evening.
