Fix, replace, or leave out if you cant

Stay has been good other than some of the amenities did not work coffee pot in room did not work. Hair dryer did not work. We called desk and was told they did not have replacement and could come down to office for coffee. I know its splitting getting frustrated with something trivial like this but its in the amenities when i booked the room. So i kinda expected it. Feel they could have done more to fix this. Will not stay here again

The staff there are amazing. When our TV didn't work they switched rooms for us and it was a little bigger. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They had hot items as well as cold and plenty of drinks.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very neat and tidy. The mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

OK hotel Meget fin pool, men beskidt Beskidte badeværelser Da vi rejste glemte vi en computer på et værelse. Vi var 300 km væk da vi fandt ud af det. Hotellet var ikke behjælpelige med at finde en løsning hvor de kunne sende computeren = vi måtte vende om og hente den.

Decent Stay

The outside of the hotel was not what I expected based off of the pictures when we first arrived, but the location in comparison to the Nevada border, and all of the casinos on the Nevada side made it a pretty awesome stay. The room was better than I thought it would be, but the service was just decent. They were able to accommodate us getting in super late, which was really appreciated.The room was a little dirtier than expected though.

Dirty rooms

I’m not a picky person when it comes to cheaper hotel stays. This hotel experience was the worst I’ve experienced. Our room was dirty, with trash in the bed, wrinkly sheets indicating they weren’t changed, a full trash can of trash behind a door, sand in the bathtub, feces splattered in toilet, hair on the floor and dirty mirrors. I have never experienced a room this dirty. The ceilings were popcorn ceilings which is asbestos/carcinogen. The pool closed at 9, when most hotels close at 10, plus it was still light/warm enough to swim. My husband found a dead cockroach in the laundry facility. The WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. Even when close to the source, it was so so slow. The only decent things were that the beds were comfortable, the tvs had Netflix/disney plus options, and the breakfast had decent variety (sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy).

We have stayed here a number of times. The hallways and pathways to the room look a bit worn, but the rooms are always bright and clean. Housekeeping could a a better job on the bathroom mirror, and the in-room coffee machine was missing the tray that holds the coffee. Front desk check-in could have smiled just once. I thought he was cold and indifferent. Or tired of his job.
