Bathroom shower floor was nasty. The television did not provide a variety of stations to enjoy. A banner immediately came up on the television and could not be removed by us. I had to call the service desk to have them come and remove it. Walls are paper thin. The family next to us and the children kept us up until 1 am. Called front desk for help. No help at all. Very noisy. I will never use their property again.

Stayed the night with family for a football game the next day. Property was very clean, staff was helpful, breakfast the next morning was delicious. Standard continental breakfast food but it was delicious! Lemon infused ice water in lobby. All around a nice hotel for our over night stay.

Horrible disgusting staff
This was a disappointment I believe because this is the only hotel within 40 plus miles they charge what ever they want and the service and cleaning services is terrible. My toilet had stool left in it. And the washroom floor and the tub was still dirty plus the house keeper was walking out of the room from cleaning it as we were walking in. This is my very reason why I hate staying at hotels but we were there one night for my husband’s brother burial. I feel we should have gotten a refund for the inconvenience because I had to clean my on toilet and change my sheets because it looked like someone had just got out of the bed. Never again

In middle of construction; basic services lacking
Hotel undergoing renovations, BUT they should have disclosed it was torn up and VERY under construction at reservation/booking. Needed a bed, shower & breakfast before hitting the road again--Got only 1 of 3. Bed was great, that part of room was okay, but unfortunately nothing else. Floors in hall were torn out with construction material stacked everywhere. Hotel "ran out" of shampoo so none for a shower. Bathroom seemed used. Toilet in room had seat up and paper in the bowl. Towels and coffee area in bathroom seemed untidy. Breakfast - eggs were burnt on the pan and there was no coffee, their coffee machine didn't work. Grabbed a yogurt and apple and left unshowered. I saw no one at the desk in the morning.
