The apartment was very nice and clean, we had a great stay.
Communication may be difficult at times but I was able to get a hold of someone eventually and they answered all my questions.
The deposit was done through an etransfer and should be refunded within 24-48hrs, so we will see.

At several times the key fob stopped working and although promised by the property owners, new fobs were not delivered. This meant we would have to ask the concierge every time we would want to go up to our unit.
