We arrived late 7pm ish, got to the room, dropped our things and went to find some dinner, came back and passed out. The next morning I tried to clean the jacuzzi tub and was disgusted by what came out of the jets, the bathroom was also dirty and stains on the bedding. We left to get breakfast and when we got back at 1130 decided to find somewhere else to stay. At the desk the woman could not offer any information about a refund and said i would have to come back at 3 she took my name and number and said the manager would call at 3 if we couldnt come back. We checked out went to the new hotel and i called back at 4 and a woman said I needed to get refunded by hotels.com, called them and they said call wyndham...called them and they said call the hotel. I am still fighting for a refund!!!

This is a cheap motel, not a hotel. It reminded of the Motel 6 but with nice views of mountains. The sink was out of order. The stopper had to be pulled out of the sink manually. Further, a large person in the room of above me began pacing at 3:30 in the morning for half an hour until I pounded on the ceiling. I had to get up at 5, for a 19 mile hike, so this was especially annoying.

Very Disappointed

We booked this stay for a night to visit the basin and flume for a family trip. Check in was easy but as soon as we got to the room we noticed how dirty the entire room was. There were stains everywhere, from the curtains to the bedding to the rug. There were splashes of random juice/food all over the walls and doors. The room itself had a very strong odor of mold that never went away and there were fruit flies coming out of the bathroom drains. The bedding was especially gross with 3 fitted sheets ontop of a stained mattress cover and mystery stains everywhere and covered in black mystery dirt. We did try to contact the front desk and ask for at least new sheets but were ignored. The coffee maker was covered in a thick layer of dust and had mold inside the water storage. Even the door was in need of repair with weather striping broken and torn and hanging. As soon as the hotel got our money they ignored us and it was really disappointing. We did scramble looking for alternative places to stay but it was too late in the day to find anything affordable so we made a 3 hour trip back home early at 9pm and had to cancel half our trip. The condition of the room was unacceptable and we are sad this was the experience we had because we really wanted to support this business because we love the area. We didnt expect perfection for the price but at a minimum a room that we could sleep in comfortably. Its clear the rooms have never been cleaned in a long time.

A great place

We came here because we won tickets to a scenic dinner train. We found a place nice and close by the people were very friendly. The room is great.. The only sad thing I had was there were very noisy neighbors next-door. They were up late at night. On another positive note, they had two pools one inside one outside.

1 out of 5 star review from our family of 3 staying 3 nights in July 2025. A primary disatisfier is the significant disconnect between online photos versus what we put eyes on during our stay. The photos make the facility look up to Windham standards. The actual was run down, minimal upkeep, and putting lipstick on a pig. The complex is tired...very, very tired. Any maintenance done is done with minimal effort. The only solution appears to be to paint every surface, whether it should be painted or not. Everything is painted, and painted poorly at that. They even painted the granite cobblestone landscaping boarders outside...who does that? The only good thing about our room were the mattresses. They were the usual comfort you would expect from thia chain. Otherwise, the room itself was run down, not maintained, and not very clean. Tile floor had so many floor tiles cracked. Laminate flooring had chunks missing, spots lifting, and waa dirty. The walls has cracks, drywall "fixed" but poorly executed and not finished, surfaces were scuffed and dirty. The space outside our door on exterior of building was just bare dirt and unsurely. Room smelled of smoke and musty. Lots of smokers stay in these rooms and there is an ash tray attached to the exterior of all rooms. Noise from visitors in room above was loud from footsteps. Besides the mattresses being a positive, the free breakfast was a positive. Overall, we would not return. Price was good, stay was 1 star. Never ag
