Not great
The room was sufficiently clean, however, I had 2 adults and a child on my reservation and was only given 2 towels, and there was no blankets for the pullout couch. I had to request more towels and blankets for the pullout. 2 hours after the request I had to call back down and ask again. When he finally brought them up it was 2 flat sheets and a pillow, no pillow case and no warm conforter. The pool and hot tub were so over chlorinated it burned our eyes in a matter of 5 minutes. Breakfast was absolutely minimal with cold eggs and dry cold sausage, we were there 5 min after she opened the door it should have been fresh and hot. Not a TERRIBLE place to stay but absolutely not worth the $160 a night.

Swim there!
We loved the pool and hot tub. We liked our dog was allowed. Breakfast was good. But would have enjoyed a good protein option.

I won’t stay here again
This hotel is on the corner of an intersection so you get cars during the night slamming on the gas to get going. Paper thin walls could hear everything. No one was ever at the reception desk. My room had not been vacuumed. The appearance of the lobby and hallway to my room was dirty. Ver dark room.

Terrible place
I arrived at 3am and nobody was there. They left four( very used) room key cards on the counter. There was a phone that said “ dial 0”. When the Pakistani attendant answered, I couldn’t understand him and he refused to come down stairs. Checked my reservation number and told me to “ pick a card”. At that point I said I need someone to come downstairs. I grabbed a cup of coffee from their “ coffee canister” and it was ice cold. So I went out the front door and dumped it in the parking lot. When I came back inside he was standing there and proceeded to scold me using very fowl language about how I dumped my coffee outside. He then refused to give me my “ paid in full for four nights”. Then decided he could no longer speak English and cussed me out.

Not as pleased as I could have been.
I came in for business and was greeted eventually by the front desk. When I got to my room the remote to the TV battery was out so explaining to front desk what I needed was 2 AA batteries he was confused and said "are you sure" I've been reading for over 60 years and could understand the message batteries low. The bathtub had mold around it and drapes were falling down.

Facilities are older. Desk chair is torn and very worn. Couch cushions also worn out. Clean bedding, no problems with the mattress. Sink in first room was plugged up. We were moved to an upgraded room.

Price was good, but there was no attendant at desk. Had to use phone to get a person. Got into our two rooms & one had a dirty towel hanging on the shower bar & a cracked/scarred up bathroom door. Second room had a LOT of long black hair all over the bathroom floor & other debris of some sort in the corner. I usually don't make much fuss over things, but decided to go down to front desk to ask them to sanitize it. Again, I had to call on the phone & was told that we could switch rooms, but it was late at night & we were road weary. Then we were told that someone would come attend to the room right away. We waited 15 minutes & went back down to the desk phone to say that we wanted to go to bed, so not to send anyone. My husband was told that the room attendant had been called & was driving back to work to clean it. However, the night attendant himself ended up showing up at the room shortly thereafter. He cleaned the hair & used sanitizer, but the other debris was still present. He had a pleasant demeaner, so I can't fault him on that account. In the morning, when my husband used the shower, we discovered that the tub wouldn't drain, so I went to shower in the other room we had also rented. The non-slip permanent tub mat & shower curtain were stained & icky. The beds were comfy enough & sheets were clean. Overall, design of rooms & furniture were attractive. The noise from main road was a bit noisy. Not unbearable, but disappointing!

The TV in the room I was initially given did not work. There seemed to be only one person on the desk, so it took way too long for her to come to room and verify that the TV was inoperable. Then it took way too long to be assigned to another room with a working TV., On the morning I checked out, I got to the breakfast room 15 minutes before it was scheduled to close. The only food remaining were one serving of scrambled eggs and sausage that were way passed their prime. Unacceptable.
