Great and convenient hotel.

The staff was very courteous. The hotel was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable and convenient for our stay. The breakfast was great every morning and I enjoyed working out in the weight room.

It’s just ok

Overall the hotel is fine for this type of stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The bed was ok although the pillows were not good. The bathroom was funky and you could not open the door without hitting the toilet. It was clean but old and needs an upgrade. The lounge food was great!

Budget hotel dressed up as mid range

Very disappointed. We booked two adjoining rooms. Check in early and online like we were asked but when we got there had to fill out all the paperwork again “because each room was under its own reservation”. Nope, booked them at the same time, together and only got ONE text and email. But ok. Room looked ok. Walked in onto the laminate floors which were sticky, not appealing but felt clean enough in bare feet. SMALL BATHROOMS! Open door was one inch away from toilet. I am not a large women and had to navigate a bit to get the door closed, definitely not an accessible room. One bathroom had ICE COLD SHOWER WATER ONLY, the other made it to lukewarm. Had to finagle to get the hair dryer to work. Sheets were very ROUGH. Air con worked great. Breakfast was misrepresented. Unlike every other hotel it wasn’t self serve. You had to go to the bar and a man there scooped it up for you. You couldn’t see the food and there were no signs so everyone had to ask. The portions were massive which immediately made my food averse child say he wasn’t going to eat. You even had to ask for the toast, but if you wanted to toast it you had to go to another area. The man serving the food was sloppy looking. Although breakfast was busy there was only one person there so everyone had to wait and because there was no signs, no one found the food without other people telling them where to look. Non-smoking? Nope people smoke RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR so you breath that in too.

We had a great time and the place was clean and the staff helpful. The bathroom in our room was not finished (looked like the walls had been primed but not painted and the door handle was not fully attached). The main part of the room was very comfortable and nice.

Not good

This place seems fine by reviews but it is located in the middle of construction. The rooms smell very musty and the bathroom tub was in terrible condition. This is just not a nice place to stay.

We had the best time! Room was pristine, smelled very nice and beds were comfortable. The lounge had very good food, fun ambiance and very good service. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was very yummy and there was a lot of food.

Breakfast not Buffett and bed is not that comforta

Place was nice had a lounge in it. If you don’t drive to go nearby places you have to walk on the side of the highway. Breakfast was not really buffet you had to go to the bar and get your egg, sausage and potatoes. Bread bagel and bread also. Everything else you could get the drinks yogurt and orange juice.

CLEAN AND ACCOMMODATING

My girl and I went for dinner and a show at My Airy Casino 10 minutes away as for an overnight, this was convenient as its proximity to the casino. Staying at the casino would have cost Double what we paid here and quite frankly, no way it could have been cleaner and the staff from the moment we walked in, EXCELLENT, and that includes the clean up staff. Whenever we walked thru and there were ANYONE from staff was around, they always acknowledged us and asked us if there was anything we needed before we got to our room or after we left our room. Listen, this was going to be a one time overnighter but because of your staff, we will absolutely be coming back. No reason to pay Casino room rates when this hotel for half the cost was AMAZING!! You will not be disappointed. Oh , one more thing - This Included breakfast was wonderful and once again, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. You won’t be disappointed.
