Weird hotel

The neighborhood is quite good, have supermarkets and restaurants near by and the train station is really close. The hotel only provided one card for entering, so when you leave the room, all the electricity is out, even though you needed to refrigerator to be on, which the fridge was on extra cost. So all the ice-cream, and milk was not edible nor drinkable.

A bit far from city, clean and modern hotel

Location is a bit far from city, though it's easy to take train to and from Paris, the last train from Paris to Bois Colombes is 1pm. If you would like to see the night view at Paris, you will need to rush back because the sunset is around 10:30pm and the sky is totally dark at 11pm. Hotel is safe, modern and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is not professional, there was a tshirt put on my luggage but it was not belongs to us. When they clean the bed, they just throw your clothes (originally on the bed) on your luggage instead of put it back in bed. The cup didn't clean very well, we could still see the tea on it. Grateful if hotel could provide free tea bag everyday.

Great Stay

Family of 4 with 4 days and 3 nights the experience was alright. we were 20 mins away - 6km from Arc De Triomphe for Hop on Hop off buses. Uber strongly recommended and train station 10min walking distance of 30-40mins travel time to Paris. In terms of location it can be challenging yet still convenient cause of the supermarkets around the area beside carrefour city and primaprix 5 mins walk . We mainly stayed here as were heading for Disneyland Paris. Facility was neat and their filtered water aqua was refreshing after a hot day. Breakfast staff were helpful, their espresso machine were soothing and nice. Though I do not recommend opting for the breakfast everyday as choices can be limited. Rooms were neat and good floor space for queen size. Overall still a great stay!

Accueil correct mais sans plus. Les informations sur l'hôtel et le parking sont données au compte goutte et à condition de poser des questions. Sur votre site la chambre était mentionnée comme bénéficiant d'une kitchenette. Celle-ci s'est limitée à une machine à café, une bouilloire, deux mugs, deux verres et un micro-ondes. Pas d'assiettes, ni de couverts, ni d'ustensiles, ni de plaque de cuisson, ni d'évier.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was just ok. The hotel was under refurbishment which we were not made aware of when we booked. Main entrance to hotel was closed off and we had to use a side entrance which led to a makeshift reception area. Corridors were being painted whilst we were there. Breakfast was limited if you wanted a cooked breakfast, with only a choice of eggs, sausages and mushrooms, not sure if this was due to the scaled down breakfast area or if it’s the norm. There was pastries, fruit, cereal however. Rooms were spacious enough for the three of us, beds were very comfortable. Another disappointment as a result of the refurbishment was having no bar area. I didn’t feel well on the second night and there was nowhere in the hotel for my husband and son to go and have a drink whilst I had a sleep. Hotel staff were polite but there was no apology when I told them at check out that I was disappointed with the refurbishment. Nothing on the hotel or Expedia website informing of the refurbishment.
