The bathroom was never cleaned I had to clean the sink, shower and then the toilet. The microwave still had 3 seconds on it and there were crumbs in the microwave. There were cigarette butts all over the place outside.

It was a late check in, tired, and wanted to rest. The room was very hot. AC would not go or even set below 80 degrees even after 20 mins or so. Also 4 stink bugs was congregated on top of the curtains. Top it off, the fire alarm was just hanging by the wire from the ceiling. I promptly turned the key back and left. Maybe I am just one off but cannot recommend

I never stayed and I booked it online the hotel or Hotel.com would not refund me due to the management at budget inn did not answer the phone...for this matter I would like to free nights at any hotel. Please sir or madam. I greatly appreciate it

I have stayed here before, but this was tge last time. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never serviced. The bathtub and toilet were disgustingly dirty. I bought two gallons of bleach to disinfect them both. One gallon into the tub with straight hot water filled and let sit for a couple of hours. The ice machine was not working, so there was a cooler with a few frozen bags of ice to get some. I took two showers. The water was plenty hot, and the water pressure was great. A full sized fridge, but no water supply for ice. No coffee service. Cold AC. But I have nothing else good to say. The location is convenient to Natural Bridge, but overall, I just cannot justify ever staying here again.

The rooms were disgusting. Both locks were ripped off of the door. Sheets had not been changed. Got ate up by bed bugs writhing 30 minutes and we went to let them know and leave but the worker would not come out. I know that they know the rooms are INFESTED

Cheap motel but had all I needed.

Cheap motel but everything I needed for just 1 night stay. People running the place were very helpful. Was convenient to have the diner next door. Decor all a bit dated, but everything worked and it was a good nights stay.

Go anywhere else.

Place is a dump. Go anywhere else. Place is totally overpriced given the state of the place. Carpet is old and filthy. Comforter had a huge stain. Shower floor is discolored with big black patches. Did not use because it looked so bad. Walk above sink has old dirt and nasty stains. Wall heater covered with dust. I think this place may be used as a homeless shelter. There was an industrial size jack sitting in the parking spot in front of our room. Piles of junk and mismatched patio furniture outside the rooms in the back. People hanging out with room doors hanging open like they lived there. Gave me the creeps.

Check in was smooth. Room appeared clean and then we found bed bugs. We spent less than 5 minutes there before leaving.

Room was dirty and very dusty. We had to wear gloves and use disinfectant wipes to clean before we could bring in our belongings. Shower/tub was dirty and floor was disgusting. Dresser and nightstand drawers were very dirty, so we couldn't use them. No coffee pot in room. On the plus side, we did have hot water and full size refrigerator.

Need a serious makeover

First of all this place was pet friendly neglected to say that you had to pay for your pet. The bathroom toilet was built, ready to fall off it very very crappy upkeep very very dirty. The cleanest thing in the room was the sheets in the pillowcases, but they look brand new. The electric wires for the AC was falling out of the wall and had to unplug that the wires for the TV that was falling out the wall according to hotel.com that I use all the time it was told that it had one room left. They had the whole hotel empty. I would not recommend this place unless they bother to get some paint. They need the beds all fixed in there the curtains the walls. I have several pictures the bathroom alone I mean, that’s just it’s disgusting. Very very disgusting the in room telephone was full of dust thick dust. I had to unplug the AC because it was smell like burnt coming out of it Just very unhappy all the way around.

And of course, like I told you, the toilet was not mounted completely on the ground so it’s really wobbly and as you see the toilet, they just need to replace it
The shower was way too disgusting to even try and take a shower. The walls in the showers looks like so common city.
As you sit on the toilet, it looks like either somebody would chew a tobacco throw up or something all over underneath the toilet paper
