Great Mattress!
The bed was so comfortable I thought about stealing the mattress but it wouldn't fit into my Honda Civic. Ample breakfast Coffee was even decent. Over all 10 out of 10 in meeting my needs.

Bad plumbing
Our room had a plumbing problem and we had to use the bathroom next to the main lobby and front desk. Because of the short staffing due to the holidays, it took a while to speak with someone about it and when a work order was placed, it wouldn’t be fixed until a couple of days after our checkout date. We also found out that it wasn’t just our room, but multiple rooms on our hallway were having the same problem. Not the best stay for a family of 5 traveling for the holidays. Will definitely do a bit more research for other locations to stay the next time we come to visit family for the holidays.

Not terrible but not the best either
Night clerk was friendly but the shower has terrible water pressure and he said that's an issue with all the rooms, comforter had some stains, and found a dead bug and a live bug in the bed, not sure what kind they were.

"Cancelled" by internet. Overbooked in 10 minutes.
The hotel cancelled our stay saying they were overbooked. I had just spoken to the clerk 10 minutes prior who said he was looking at my key and reservation. We had pay at the property, but they ran the card anyway. We were less than 10 miles away when I spoke to him. When we got there, he was away from the desk. We unloaded everything in the rain. Clerk stated that the internet cancelled. He called a supervisor. We continued to wait. Supervisor would correct the problem. Nope. Overbooked. We have nothing for you. I told him that hotels.com showed another room, a suite, that was even cheaper than what we reserved originally. I showed him where I was charged. He would not listen. He called another hotel to see if they had room. They did. Much cheaper. I am now having to fight the charge as the room was "cancelled" after 3 pm and charged as a cancellable fee. The experience was unprofessional and should not have happened. This experience has soured my Comfort Inn and chains permanently.

They the absolute worst hotel in Natchitoches!!! They have the most unprofessional staff that I have ever dealt with. On top of the fact they checked me out when I was checked in and the housekeeper just walked in my room.

This Hotel was Great all around. Probably best experice we ever had. Super comfortable bed and pillows. We like ours soft. Really clean spatious room, we had a King with sofa. And the staff were so friendly. The girl that checked us in gave us complimentary cookies, told us about all the Restaurants and shopping in the area and let us know the pizza place Jerry's right next door delivered to room, so we ordered and it was Delicious!!!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Here for a car show. Comfort Inn check-in very nice. Price had escalated greatly since last year’s stay. Found two bugs and what appeared to be a dehydrated tadpole on our bed. Wifi was not available in our 3rd floor room. Desk clerk acknowledged awareness of the problem in the 3rd floor. Breakfast was sub-par - dry, cold biscuits and tasteless gravy. Overall, a less than desirable stay.
