The outside of the property does not reflect the room and experience. Room was large and clean, beds comfy, very quiet, plenty of hot water. No complaints, I am quite happy despite the fact when I first saw the place I was a little worried. Just what we wanted and great price.

Worst thing was the trains going by through the night, although you do get used to it. Staff was very helpful and accommodated our request to come in a day early.

Baseball mom.

Just as other reviews have said, the room was amazingly large for the price. There was a mini fridge and a microwave which is great for a travel baseball parent. What we liked best about the room. Was the air conditioning? It actually cooled the room down to the temperature that we wanted at and kept the room cool while we were away during the day.

Top of the Line Customer Service - Thanks Maddy!!

The best part about this stay was the customer service we received. Maddy the night auditor was one of the most amazing individuals I have encountered. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my driver was well taken care of and her level of compassion and professionalism definitely sets her apart from others in the hospitality area. Didn’t like the proximity to the active freight train line. Carpet seemed to have a residue on it - possibly from cleaning. Sink tap handle was loose and had to fiddle with it to change water temperature.

My tub was dirty, had a ring around it. Toilet was dirty, dirt ring around toilet. Bed sink in when you lay in it.

Poor service checking in. Almost rude. I was given room 242. No heat in it and phone didnt work to call front desk to make staff aware. Went down to office. Told the staff at front desk. She asked " so what do you wanna do about it?) This may not be the exact woman, that worked on my paper work, upon checking in. 2 ladies , had to work together. This rude lady, was dark. I was here in Illinois... BECAUSE OF DEATH OF A FAMILY MEMBER!!!!
