If I could give negative stars, I would. This resort is not focused on customer service—it feels more like a money-making machine.
The check-in process is inconvenient, located 10–15 minutes away from the actual hotel buildings. These buildings are spread out along a street, completely detached from any amenities, and are about a 10-minute drive from the overcrowded waterpark. We chose not to go because it was packed wall-to-wall with people.
The room itself was extremely disappointing. The headboard was literally painted onto the wall, giving the space a cheap, unfinished feel. The floors didn’t appear to have been vacuumed, and the towels and blankets were so rough they felt like sandpaper. Overall, this stay was far below expectations and not worth the price.
