AC/DC concert and overnight stay.

Staff is amazing and the lobby is very nice. The room, not so much. The counter top below the TV is hanging off the wall. It’s a place to sleep but kind of pricey for that quality of room. Overall experience, had a great time visiting Pittsburgh.

The stay was very good. Our television did not work at all, and the technician was unable to help us. We also found that a light in our room was broken, and the bulb section was hanging out of it. Just some things that showed a little bit of wear and tear that should have been fixed. The bartender in the restaurant was over-the-top attentive and willing to please as was the staff at the front desk.

Won’t say at this location again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Indigo’s and had a certain expectation going in to this. It’s nothing like the Oakland location. The room was sterile and cold. The office chair was broken and gross (I needed to work a lot while I was there) and the work space was being held on by failing caulk. There was someone in the hallway talking on a speaker phone loudly at midnight and early in the morning I was awoken to the sound of jackhammering. The lobby smelled like cigarettes because there was always at least one member of the staff outside smoking right next to front door. The price of valet ($32/night) was ridiculous for the level of quality the hotel offered. And the expectation that I should tip before any service was provided was unacceptable.to be honest the staff themselves were neither rude or welcoming, very neural. And just don’t live up to the expectations I had for Hotel Indigo.

Great hotel, frustrating parking.

Property was well appointed, super clean, and felt very safe. The only negative inside was the office chair inside the room was dirty. Otherwise, everything was great. I was frustrated that valet parking was so expensive, but staying during the week I had no choice but to utilize their service or go out and move my car every 2 hours.

Staff was wonderful however the hotel is in dire need of repair. The RFID door lock insides was exposed, the numbers are completely illegible in the elevator, the knobs on the shower were falling off and the shower system in general was overly complicated. The bed completely tipped over when I sat on it and the front desk staff member seemed confused on how to deal. Didn't put me on hold or contact me back just kept me on an open line while deciding what to do. She was nice but obviously not prepared for issues. Luckily it was all fixed by maintenance but it shouldn't have happened at all. Beautiful high ceilings but generally very much in need of a remodel

Nothing to brag about

This room had everything I do not like about hotels. It had a blowing heater that was real strong which made it feel like it was cold air blowing. I found a blunt on the floor. I looked for it because I smelled it as soon as we walked into the room. There were ashes on the window sill showing me just how little cleaning got done in the room. The beds were hard, but the sheets were nice! The coffee pot was a Kureg with low quality coffee. The shower was nice! We rented two or the exact same room, we had a mini fridge (nice), but my other room did not. I do not like ripping on a hotel, but I can't let others who book to be as surprised as I was by booking this room based on the reviews.

A hotel

The room was small for the price in my opinion. There was no fridge in the room when I got there and I had to ask for you. The TV was having display issues and the picture was dim and washed out looking. The mattress was not comfortable and left me with joint pain. Also, the bedside clock was not set when we got there. For the price that we paid these are things that I think should have been taken care of before we got there.

Good stay with a few things wrong

We stayed one night. Overall room was nice and we have enjoyed our stays here. But there wasn’t any seating other than the beds. We didn’t have a desk chair or regular chairs. Also our phone didn’t work and there wasn’t a blow dryer. There was a bit dried area of liquid on the window seal that I accidentally put my hand into. Front desk folks are always great but do t like the $100 incidental fee…a tad much
