Ótima instalação e localização

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à Casa Branca, estação de metrô e opções para refeições. A equipe extremamente agradável e gentil, pontuando a pessoa de Marissa Steffani que foi muito gentil para com nossos filhos pequenos. O único “ponto” a ser modificado, em minha opinião, é a substituição da cortina do banheiro por vidro, a fim de evitar molhar todo o banheiro, principalmente com crianças como hóspedes.

Nice stay

The staff was so kind and happy to assist. The room was clean and comfortable and enough room for 3 of us with 2 full beds and a sofa bed.

Walking distance to many good restaurants

Hotel is located close to the White House and has many good restaurants close by. It’s also close to a CVS which is convenient for snacks and drinks

Nice place !

Very clean and great location. Staff was very professional and pleasant. Only suggestion for improvement is to have at least two valet attendants. They only had one and it took about 40 mins for him to bring our car since there were 3 groups in front of us. He was super nice and efficient but when there is only one they can only do so much.

Unbelievable

When we book the room we ask for early check in. We had an autism baby with us that needs urgent medication . We didn't check in till past 3pm. When we check in the room our luggage wasn't delivered to the room. I call the front desk and she told me to come down and pick it up. These is too much. I really had a bad experience. In this hotel. I will never ever comeback again. I will never recommend this hotel to a friends and families .
