Literally made a last minute booking for this hotel. We were given a room facing the beach on the third floor. Fortunately there is an elevator and we found the room to be very clean and airy. Bed was a king and very comfortable. WIFI was typical for a hotel. A little slow but got the job done. Good in room coffee and included breakfast was delightful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants in walking distance to the property. Indoor pool, hot tub and dry sauna with plenty of towels. Enjoy your stay.

Location was fabulous and the room had air conditioning, which is not a given here in the northwestern part of the united states. Water was hot. Room had microwave and an ample supply of coffee. Would recommend.

Saturday had construction of some sort outside my room. For hours it was so loud. Then above me same thing , loud working. Pool closed at one point due to an 'accident' while the pool was Blasted...

The curtains in the room did not close all the way and we were on the bottom floor. The hotel needs to be renovated even though they claim that it was. Stayed one night and booked into another hotel that was excellent for the same price.

We arrived late, at around 9:30 PM. The staff was not in the office anymore and they had a note on the door saying, if you need to check in please call this number. We are out of the country traveling so we don't have a working phone number. We had to find someone to borrow their phone call the office and ask them to check us in. When the staff came you could clearly see they were sleeping and they didn't even reply to my greeting.

Never stayed it was a bad day when we got there and didn't have the room we needed we asked from a ada handicap room for my mother and i was told that they don't have handicap rooms but was told by the booking person they did it was a horrible trip we had to find a place to stay and the booking place hotels. Com was no help i had to pay for a new room at a different hotel and still haven't gotten my refund and was told i was going to have penalties and it was not my fault that we didn't have a room for us when me got there i will never do business with them again

Not so good. I asked for ocean view and we got mountain view. Instead of table and chairs we got two big chairs.

The "full ocean view" is more of a partical as looking out the window there is a pretty good chunk blocked by the next hotel over. Woke up to yelling and hotel room being lit up by police lights that lasted well over ten minutes (curtains were closed but the light still came thru) from drama on the street. Pool house had drywall split in several places with some sort of yellow orange stains coming from the fan at the roof. The pool was filled with unsupervised kids doing cannon balls at every turn.
