There was nothing luxury about the luxury resort. Several sites billed this as an adults only resort, but this is far from the truth. There is a little 'hideaway' portion that adults can lounge at, but if you want adults only... this is not the place.
The room was - old, broken, vinyl, corroded, chipped, moldy... and that's just the stuff we could see. 'Vinyl' is apparently a throwback to COVID days. That means Vinyl furniture. There was nothing to the room that made it feel like luxury accommodations. No room menus (everything is on the app!) old robes, no slippers, no luxury toiletries (the soap dried out after a day!) It reminded us of a Red Roof Inn where ppl would stay because of an airline delay... We thought about taking pictures, but our phones had only so much memory.
Oh, it was a 'presidential suite.' For what president, one can only guess. We tried booking the roof top terrace... if there was such thing, don't ask expedia.
Advertised as hassle free dining. No one told us about the 'app.' And you have to book your table several days in advance. We are business owners on vacation, the last thing we want to do is try to figure out what we want to eat for a 9 day stay. The buffet was a thunderdome of ppl vying for dry chicken, overcooked beef, weeded gardens for salad... it was not a pleasant experience. We had to borrow salt and pepper shakers because after 3 meals we figured out that every 'extra' (salt/pepper, spoons etc.) had to be asked for.
