Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. However, common spaces a bit dusty and needs some wiping. Breakfast is very very basic. No cable TV available. Spa not working. WIFI a bit slow.

The room itself was good but there was no cable and no smart tvs for us to watch any tv. We had 2 kids ages 3 & 5. Also the hot tub was not in service and the bar was not open either. Made for a long night for kiddos

Not a good stay

Hot tub not working, says cable tv, but no tv at all. Pool had a ring around the edge, so obviously not cleaned in awhile. Front desk curtain was down, nobody was there when I went down. Couldnt call as there was no phone in the rooms. Breakfast was either cereal or pancakes.

Don’t stay here. Total dive.

This place should not even be open. Construction as you walk in smells awful. The room was not cleaned no shower curtain. Supposed to be a suite was not. Looks like a prison from the outside. He changed our room but didn’t offer any discount. The place is way way way overpriced. You should spend more than $50 to stay here. A real rip off.

This hotel was okay. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was fairly comfortable. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator. The outside looks run down. The pool is in the large open lobby. The hot tub was not working. Carpet needs to be tacked down, but they are under going renovations. The young man who checked us in needs to be a bit more welcoming. He definitely didn’t care we were there and it appeared he was entertaining friends. Needs to realize how his attitude impacts guests. Breakfast was extremely basic carbs. Would have loved some protein options. The location was convenient. Driveway and parking lot desperately need repair.

Good if you need a bed, but...

If you are just coming out of Baxter Park, this may be your only option. Our room was decently clean, but the hallways and laundry area appear to have not been cleaned for several days. No one was attending the front desk, and 2 of the pool tables ($2/game) had missing balls. The pool and hot tub are closed, and half of the gym equipment is in the gym; the other half is located outside the door to the gym in the lobby.

When entering the hotel was under construction, but every area was clean and unobstructed. The staff welcomed and let me know the hot tub was just serviced and up to temp. Win in my book, because it was a whopping 0 degrees outside. Our room over looked the pool area so that was nice. The sign and to get to the entrance of the hotel is a little weird. All in all i would suggest this hotel, updating the rooms would be a nice touch.
