晚上10點小朋友要睡了，但樓下遊戲室還有人發出非常吵鬧的說話聲，直到大約10點半才停止；另外洗澡蓮蓬頭水量非常小，非常難洗！

Dreadful motel
The motel is in dreadful condition. Curtains hanging off rails, filthy couches. Condition of vanity in bathroom dreadful. I had been hoping to swim in pool but it was murky and tiles dirty so I didn’t risk it. The furniture around the pool was broken and really only fit for the tip. We also felt that some of the electrics weren’t safe.The only good thing was comfortable beds and good quality clean sheets and towels. I realise it was on the cheap side but as we booked late was all we could find, otherwise we would have been tempted to move. Very disappointing as I have used the Hotel.com site for years and have never ended up somewhere like this.

First and last visit
The photos of this place are very old. It does not look like this now. The freezer had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and it had what looked like a bloody plastic bag frozen to the bottom. A very strong fishy smell that stayed for our entire 3 nights. The faucets do not allow for mixing hot and cold water, so makes washing anything from dishes to hands challenging. The sofa's in the living room were stained and squeaked everytime you moved. There were forgotten socks from previous guests in the closet. The cabinetry in both kitchen and bathroom were very worn and abused. The fridge froze some our food and we had to dispose of it. There was also a burn on the counter near the microwave. We didn't even attempt to open the oven.

Not a very comfortable stay
We did not get face cloths, kitchen cupboards had a strong well of dampness, plugs at bed level behind head of bed not very useful, only plug in the main area was broken and we had they only fan in the place that was running off it

Disgusting, pool wasn’t open. Spa was cold, service is terrible when been told when your room is. Bugs in the bed witch looked like they were slept in. 3 towels for a family of 4. Couch was broken, room smelt wet and damp horrible smell. We didn’t end up staying because the smell was unbearable with small kids

When we got there no one was in office have to ring a bell and wait. Place is run down the pool side room was dirty and moldy everything is broken. Everything is old like the old school houses. Pool gate is broken and my 3 year old walked straight in pool was uncovered and out of order very unsafe. I requested a upgrade pretty fast there was 1 thank goodness was my bday and felt like it was just depressing. Paid only a fraction more for new room which wasn't to bad was definitely better than first room looks wise however lots was still broken. Door knob at bk fell off every time u closed it, toaster didn't work, certain hanger had no screws in one side, mold on blinds, burn mark in carpet list goes ons .. bbq was broken and rusty, swing chair in garden broken, spa dirty. Games room is ok but definitely needs a upgrade radio was secured down but didn't work so thats pointless. This place has so much potential but just is not maintained and would not go back or waste my money.

Found it very unhygienic, things not working properly and pests in the room. And there is hardly anyone at the service desk to assist. Extremely disappointed. But if you are booking late and just need to stop for a night, this can work.

It’s filthy motel, and has safety issues It needs exhaust fan in bathroom and toilet. Need cleaning and proper renovation. And not value worthy as per price. Half of the lights don’t even work.
