Location is near the city and you can travel around easily. The interior furnishment is a bit old. No washing powder nor cooking oil. Overall speaking, the cp value is reasonable.

Have informed the hotel that we would arrive at night. An access code should have been sent to us beforehand but when we arrived we couldn’t get into the hotel. We had to ring up the Off Office contact No. to get the access code.

Check in was difficult, arrived 12pm, just to find out the check in procedure, was told check in was 2pm, which we knew, was shown a box where our keys would drop down, and told the code, which was # and the last 5 numbers of the booking number, any problems to go to the convenience store, which is part of the building, came back at 2pm, tried the code several times, didn't work, so went to the shop, the girl there rang the manager, handed the phone to me, I told him the code doesn't work, he said try pushing the #key, it will clear it and try again, tried, still didn't work, must be keying it in wrong he said, be there in 10 minutes, manager arrives , does not check to see if the code works, opens the box with a key, has a fiddle in there, shuts the box, keys the code in and it works, then says, see it works, you were keying it in wrong, really! So after about 3/4 hr, finally get into our apartment (8th floor) only to find, 1 double bed room and the 2nd room locked, We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment , went down to the shop again, the girl was helpful, she said the 2nd was locked because they thought it was a 1 bedroom apartment booking, gave me a key to open it, but had to bring the key straight back, so up and back, all good, the apartment itself is quite functional and clean and the area is close to everything, public transport is excellent and free in the CBD, easy to get around if don't want to walk, plenty eateries close by. overall had a great time in perth.

Made it hard to check in and give deposit not enough info was given on where else to check in on the first day. Check in is after 2pm, but reception closes at 12pm. Did message through hotels app, plus after hours mobile, but no answer. Tried calling the next morning, no answer still. Finally received a message plus a phone call. Had to leave an event that I came to Perth to attend to pay drposit and check in, then go back again. Mould on the batroom roof, no drinking glasses and a very wobbly table. Only found the wifi password the day of checkout on a tiney piece of paper. Beds were very comfortable, Hot water and water pressure in shower were great.

夫婦と子供2人で2度目の滞在です。設備や清潔さは前回同様問題ありませんでした。ただ、フリーWi-Fiの接続が、部屋によって入り具合が異なる点が残念でしたが、コスパは大変良いですし、スタッフもフレンドリーなので、パースに来た際はまた利用したいと思います。 日本からは夜便ですので、レセプションは開いていません。エントランス右側のキーボックスから受け取って、エントランス左側の駐車場の格子の入り口から入ります。前回滞在時は、空港からホテル近くに着くバスがありましたが、電車開通により無くなってしまったので、空港線でPerth駅まで行き、駅前から960番のバスに乗れば近くまで行けます。切符は発券から2時間以内であれば、空港で買った電車の切符を見せて、バス停の「Plain street after Hay street」と言えばバスに無料で乗れました。手前のMclver駅の方がホテルに近いですが、バスの大通りまで少し歩くので、夜間はPerthまで行った方が安心かと思います。あと、Red catのバス停が近くにありますが、道路工事により大幅な路線変更が行われていたので、数か月は別のバス停から出ています。Trans Perthのアプリを入れて交通検索した方が良いと思います。

Albergo con appartamento molto ampio superaccessoriato e pulito. Purtroppo la mancanza di comunicazione è stata pessima in quanto la reception è aperta solo in determinati orari, per quanto riguarda la wifi, ci hanno dato un codice scaduto e quindi inutilizzabile e non c'era nessuno a raccogliere le nostre lamentele.

The unit had everything we needed. A fully functional Kitchen, even a dishwasher. The laundry also had a large basin, washer and dryer. Loved being able to be self-sufficient helped make a stay that much more affordable. The hotel has a pool that is maintained and kept at a very high standard. Security at the hotel made the stay stress free and a relaxing. Set in the city of Perth, we were central for visiting family north and south of Perth. Close to everything in town too. Thanks to the team running the site. Well done!
