No thank, you. Never again.
From the moment we arrived, this was a rather painful experience. I actually had thought I was either in a Laurel and Hardy movie or being punked and on camera.
We arrived to a sign taped to the door telling us to check-in at a facility across the street as there was no one working at the time. So, we went across the street, were told we could not have a room until 5pm, despite my written request and written confirmation at the time of making the reservation that it would be ok.
After some push back, they found 2 rooms available and clean in the empty building. When we tried to check in, their system went down and one of the employees had to drive to the original building - the one we were actually staying at - to check us in.
We check in, and all is ok. The rooms were ok the shower head was horrible and the water control was from the 19th century maybe.
So, we leave the following day, and I get a call stating that there was only 2 charge made and no sales slip, or whatever. I explained that my bank showed 2 charges, and the person took it upon themselves to talk over me repeating that there was only one slip. Not my issue, and I repeated that I was charged so my end of the deal was upheld.
We then got an email stating the same. My bank charges for both rooms are still there.
Come Sunday, I decide to call to make sure, and was told that was a different agent, by an agent who continually interrupted me and spoke over me with a condescending voice.
