Very spacious and centrally located to RMMP and downtown Estes Park. Nice selection of hot beverages like coffee, hot cocoa, spiced cider, and tea. Bed was comfortable. Room had a fireplace but we didn’t use it. Room could use some updates, but overall great stay with lots of space. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel near Estes Park

Very lovely quiet hotel. I liked the seperate shower/sink set up so that they can be used by different people when necessary. The tea/coffee service provided was great and the beds were comfortable.

Great location. Easy to get to town. Elk out on or near the property daily. Room10 had great deck and view of the river. Room needed updating. No screens on the windows or French door. Carpet desperately needs replacing. Carpet has a musty odor.

Loved the location of place and ease to get into gate on this side! Clean and very quiet! Wish we had windows to open in the place very stuffy. Husband fixed the screen for sliding glass door so we could at least put that on while there. Would stay again!

Initially, we were a little disappointed with our queen suite (Room 8), which was tucked around the back with no view and a hot tub enclosed by fencing. However, we eventually came to appreciate the privacy it provided. Overall, the cabin was pleasant but felt somewhat dated and had a slightly musty smell. There was no cabin service, yet a notice requesting tips sat on the table — which seemed a bit contradictory. The information folder stated that office hours were available for assistance, but when we arrived at 4pm, no one was there to greet us. After ringing the doorbell, a gentleman informed us he had emailed the necessary details. Considering we'd traveled a long way from the UK, we found this impersonal approach to be poor customer service. It also contradicted the folder’s guidance, so that should be updated. We experienced disturbances from noisy guests in the cabin above who constantly walked around in heavy shoes. Fortunately, they settled down around 10pm each night, which offered some peace. The older-style drawers also made loud clunking noises, which we could hear from our room below. All in all, it was okay — but not quite the experience we’d hoped for.

Inn by the river

Great location, nice rooms. It is a contactless property so you must call for assistance. They were very responsive when called. You must pay for housekeeping service. They did not have extra toilet paper so we had to csll when we ran out. Luckily it wasn't after hours. The shower had great pressure but both the shower head an soap dispenser was too high to reach and when you do you get blasted by water in your our face if short like me otherwise a nice place to stay if going to the National Park.

Only thing we had trouble with was the last day there was little bit more snow on the ground and I had to personally shovel the bridge so the car would get out. Everything else was great. Katie was awesome. Place was clean.
