First of all, I like the room and in general I think the hotel is good.
But sometimes things happen and things don't work out as we plan.
We arrived late at night for a check in, traveling on a road trip from Jakarta to Bali.
When booking hotel chosen double bed, and having a big choice of hotels to choose from, I don't want to be gambling at this.
On arrival we were not told that there is no double bed room and only when went up to the room we have seen its a twin room.
When came down and asked that we booked a double, we have been told that all are busy. There is a higher standard room with double bu we have to pay additional to get it. Even though it was after 2 am and they had no chance to rent it out. On remarks that we have booked a double we were told that it is not guaranteed when booking threw expedia and is only a preference. Honestly I am not happy with that expedia, I want to get a room I choose at the booking.
When we understood that have no choice and a refund would be a great hustle and it was too late already, we went up to our twin room where we found no toilet paper and a leaking air conditioner making a lot of noise.
When called reception, a repair person came up with ladder and started to fix it. All this after 2 am morning!
We were getting irritated, when we were proposed a different twin room with a working air conditioner.
As I said I believe the experience in this hotel could be great, but if I book a double bed I want to get it.
