The longer i stayed...the worse it got.
Paid for my 3 nights stay in advance. Checked into my room easily with no issues. Room was hot and had a muggy smell to it. Turned the A.C. on which made the smell a lil more bearable but completely free of oder. After 15hrs on the road i decided to just get some sleep. The next morning i went to take a shower and noticed one of my shower towels had brown stains on it. After i got ready to leave for the day i made sure to close my door completely while i was leaving and noticed my door didnt lock. After trying several times i went to the front deck to notify them about the problem. I was told that i was given a room on the "shut down" list and i wasnt even suppose to be in there. I was asked to surrender my room keys and i was told that i would be issued a new room on a different floor that would lock. After being asked to check out i was told that i could leave my property in the room and that someone at the front desk will watch it. I returned later that evening to get my new room and was told they didnt have a new room for me and that i would have to stay in the same room. With no other option available to me by the hotel i had to stay there another night. The following day talked to the man who checked me in and told him i was checking out a day early because he gave me a bad room that didnt lock. He kinds laughed about it with another lady that was sitting in the lobby who was apparently the maintenance person who said she wasnt going to fix it after working a 12hr shift
