I have stayed at this location a few times and never really had an issue. As normal I travel with my 2 dogs. I was check in with them and was out in the 4th floor. Which I found out is the quiet floor. I was called and told to return because my dogs were barking. I was 45 minutes away with family and had to come back. Why would you allow dogs in a quiet floor and not expect them to bark? Next they have there employees washing thier personal laundry in the facility washers. Gross! They walked it in the side door. Won’t be back will try somthing better

Decent
It took 5-10 minutes for the hot water to make it to the 3rd floor. It seemed like the temperature of the room fluctuated a lot, despite our not adjusting the thermostat. It was clean and well maintained though, which keeps the rating decent.

Overall great stay. Carpet in the hallway was stained and room doors are so heavy they slam when closing which made sleeping difficult with late arrivals across the hall. We heard all the talking in hallway and slamming doors. Walls are thin or doors need better insulation around them. Overall, comfortable and the room was clean.

AVOID!!!
The main reason we picked this hotel is because their breakfast runs until 10am on the weekends where most other hotels will stop serving at 9. I went to get breakfast at about 9:10am and there was only 2 biscuits, and about half a cup of eggs left. I waited for 20min at the front desk to see if they'd be putting more food out, but i never saw anyone. The air conditioner didn't work, and it seemed the elevator was on its last legs. I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago and it was great. Management must of changed, because now it's trash.

Used to be a great hotel.
Have stayed here many time over the past three years. There has been quite a decline since we first started staying here. The last two times the air did not work properly and the rooms were very hot at night. This trip all three trash cans were not emptied and they were full from the previous guests and there were no towels in the bathroom. There was trash and food along the baseboards as well. The elevators were not working and we also got stuck on the elevators, which the help button did not work. Sadly, this hotel is in desperate need of help. It’s a great location and pet friendly. But the maintenance and cleanliness are why I will not stay here again.

Incorrect directions
The location of the hotel was not updated on my iPhone. There was another location that we were directed to of a former location. It took us an hour and a half in the dark to finally find the new hotel. All booking directions for this hotel need to be updated.

Hotel selber war OK, jedoch waren die Zimmer sehr laut, da im Bad der Ventilator durchgehend lief und trotz geschlossener Badtür laut brummte. Außerdem war es im Gang sehr laut und dauernd knallten Zimmertüren bis spät in die Nacht zu.

Won’t book again.
The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane. The elevators did not work. My mom has a handicap sticker and was on the third floor. The elevator was of the utmost importance. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was cold and the sauna was locked. The indoor heated pool was 55 degrees the thermometer said.

Likes: Amenities such as breakfast and courteous staff under pressure. Dislikes: Only 2 trolleys for the entire hotel and the elevators were inconsistently working. Staff appeared unsupported and took the brunt of aggravation from guests. It was my 1st time traveling with my dialysis machine and it was a horrible experience for my husband to carry it and boxes of dialysis solution up 2 flights of stairs. The 2nd shower door was off the track and there were only 2 large towels, no extra blankets or pillows. Husband will be calling for compensation.
