Very clean and great staff (Amber)

This was a newly renovated hotel and very nice! We had tv issues and Amber went out of her way to help fix the issue! She is a real asset to this property and for the owner!

Would not stay again

We rented 4 rooms total as a family due to a funeral. The rooms had a smell to them and there were broken towel racks and bathrooms were not clean. One of the rooms had a broken window and the TV didn't work. Went to front desk to ask about changing rooms and the frint desk clerk was asleep. Once we woke her up she did change our rooms. The one positive was the beds were comfortable.

The room had patches of the drywall that were differ t colors. The shower curtain was stained and the shower was dirty. We had to go buy bathroom cleaning products and clean the shower before I could use it.

Had a hard time getting towels and wash cloth. Shower drained on to bath floor. No holder for shower head, had to hold with hand. Lights in hallways flickering or out.

Used to love but cannot stay anymore.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Clean and officiant. THIS TIME NOT! I am not sure if they have new owners. They have nee having trouble keeping or even getting cleaning staff and I felt so bad for them but an empty beer can by the bed, no soap at all and no toilet paper are NOT OK. I was outside coming from my car by myself and none of the doors worked to enter. They were "Out of order" So at night I walked around the entire building to get to the front. Like I said the front desk was helpful and when able to get the soap, toilet paper etc they did so but since I always have stayed here because the price was right and the place was great but I can no longer stay here. The pool was still closed and that was disappointing. So the price has gone up and the stars have definitely gone done for me. Sorry Baymont.

Disgusting

The bathroom was restocked but was not cleaned. There was still an old used dried bar of soap left in the shower, the towels had stains on them, the toilet paper roll holder was on the floor and the bathroom trash had trash in it. I didn’t have to shower and the rest of the room was clean or I would have demanded another room.

Stay away

There must be some false reviews here because this is what some people call a "Polished Turd". Service was reasonable and they tried their best to deal with guests as best they could. The facilities were not up to a one star standard. The linens and towels were stained. The outside window was broken, the toilet seat was loose (to the point you might fall off. The bathroom door was rotten from moisture and wouldn't close. There was also a big ding in the middle of it where the renovation team just over painted it. There were handles missing off the furniture and TV service went on the fritz the second night. Whoever Wyndam used for the remodel, demand your money back. Drywall repairs were not made and they just painted over.

Not recommended

AC was out in the lobby which wasn’t their fault but it was 100 degrees. The desk clerk was quick to let us know it was her second day and she was their alone so she had to call someone to walk her through the check in process which took forever. The hotel was clean but wreaked of weed. There is no elevator so hot stairwells is what you get. Breakfast is in a bag apparently because there’s a sign
