Couple time
The property is outdated. However, it has a lot of potential. The location is perfect!!! The view of the ocean absolutely is worth staying here. I would stay again. My only recommendation is to update the rooms and lobby. Maybe switch up the breakfast a little.

Nice pictures but no what is advertised.
My AC unit broke several times on a 4 night stay. We had to move to a lower grade room with zero compensation due to this. The Hotel staff played music until 230 AM despite telling us quite hours start at 10pm. The breakfast was late, slow and cold when they did the continental style. The location is nice but the building is run down and in need of repair. I would never be able to recommend this place and will never stay again.

The structure is remarkably aged and has not been properly maintained. There are numerous cracks in the infrastructure, along with numerous leaks during rainy conditions.

Al edificio le falta mantenimiento, está un poco deteriorado, no brindan shampoo ni acondicionador para el cabello, tampoco hay secadora de cabello en el baño ni alfombra para pararse al salir de la ducha. Our room had smudges of multiple unknown things on the wall. There were cobwebs in the shower and the toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The doors all stuck and the French door glass had white paint all over it. It may have been a nice property at one time but is in need of some significant upkeep to make it right.

The majority of the in the reception staff were not friendly or courteous. The cleaning lady Maribel was very friendly and very attentive. The food was good. There's no phones in the rooms to call the restaurant or the receptionist to ask about anything or to order food. You have to walk down to the lobby or restaurant to place your order. No microwave in the room and they only provided water and coffee in the room the first day. The hotel rooms and the majority of the building are in need of upgrades and a lot of repairs. The view to the ocean from my room and from the restaurant and the patio/ terrace areas are wonderful.
