Lovely boutique Hotel
Charm Henry Hotel is a quirky fun place. Beautifully renovated seventeenth century building with modern art thrown in with traditional decor. And it works! Very tastefully done. The outdoor teraced balcony has a great view of the harbor and breakfast is served under the grapevines. Really beautiful. The hotel is also in an excellent location.

Advertized private car park. It is public parking over a mile away. Valet needs an hour notice and a reservation. Ceilings were low and rooms dark. Stairs are steep.lovely view of sea. Very noisy.

Located at the tip of the island. Rooms are comfortable with quirky charm. Parking is a problem and don’t count on getting your car within an hour as advertised. This isn’t a luxury hotel nor is it accommodating to disabled visitors.

This property is wonderfully situated near the tip of Ortigia overlooking the water in the back. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The property lives up to it's name - full of character and quirky spaces - indoors and on the multiple terraces. The breakfast was very good. Driving guests need to use the valet service which requires an hour lead time to access the car. But that wasn't an issue for us. We really liked this place.

Perfect for a short stay in Ortigia
Great location in Ortigia. Beautiful terrace for breakfast (which had a really big variety to choose from) or just to relax on. Quite quirky and old so won't be up your street if you don't want character but if you're ok with that and it being less modern you will love it! Staff were also super friendly.

super beautiful and charming hotel in Siracusa. the staff was really friendly and helpful--they booked an early taxi to take us to the airport and made coffee for us as we waited. it has a good breakfast included and it is in a good location for exploring Ortigia.

The location is unbeatable, almost at the bottom of the island of Ortigia but within 20 minutes walk of central Syracuse. The staff are among the most welcoming and helpful I've ever met, with excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. A real hideaway holiday!

The Charme Henry house hotel is an old hotel and rustic. It’s the staff that makes this hotel work. Warm and enthusiastic, they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The breakfast selection is superb. Yes I would stay here again. Keep in mind the street side is noisy. Recommend you use their valet service, driving in Ortigia is bad enough, parking is problematic.

Super little hotel
We stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. Francisco in Reception was very knowledgeable and helpful, arranging our off-site parking and telling us about Ortigia. The breakfasts were great and the location of the hotel is wonderfully convenient. The breakfast terrace overlooks the bay and the quiet murmur of people strolling up and down the street is nice to hear, as it has a cheerful vibe. Very highly recommended.
