性价比是此行最低的。早上提行李下楼，不小心打破了一个相框，让我赔了10镑。我说这不全是我的错，你的楼梯太窄，相框挂得太低，老板娘一个劲地说，It's all your fault. 差评。

Friendly host and was good with local knowledge. Lovely breakfast. Special touches like biscuits in the room made the stay more welcoming. Accommodation was in a good location near shops, pubs and supermarket. TV didn’t work in the room but it was ok because we just played card games. Shower was a bath tub wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some people.

One night stopover before ferry to Stornaway. Kathleen was very helpful in recommending places to est. Small establishment in centre of town within walking distance of everything. Will certainly use again.

We stayed for the night of my 60th birthday and would definitely return if we are ever in Ullapool again. Kathleen was lovely, switching us to the downstairs room when she realised the stairs were a problem for me. Our room had a full size roll top bath which was heavenly. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept like babies. Kathleen was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about local restaurants and told us a little about the history of her beautiful home. I would give more stars if I could.

A really charming place to stay. Kathleen was very friendly and helpful suggesting places for dinner etc. log fire and a glass of whiskey as well as a perfectly prepared breakfast. Could not have asked for more.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! A casa e o quarto eram aconchegantes, cheirosos e limpos, nos sentimos em casa. A Kathleen, além de ser uma pessoa muito gentil e que eu (Sabrina) gostaria de ter podido conversar mais, faz um excelente café da manhã e tem um cachorro muito lindo e amoroso. Obrigada mais uma vez, Kathleen, espero poder voltar um dia, grande abraço

Notre hôte Katerine nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de plaisir Elle nous a donné une adresse pour aller dîner Notre chambre twin petite mais suffisante pour nous Dommage nous avons eu des voisins bruyants mais Katerine n’est pas responsable Ce genre d’individus ne devraient pas aller en chambre d’hôtes où l’on recherche le calme vu l’endroit qui l’était

Fabulous room with the added extra of a sitting room with fire & TV if wanted. We watched a fabulous sun set in the harbour then decided to eat but as we had not booked in advance we struggled. The staff at the Arch Inn told us that as they had no kitchen service we could get a takeaway and eat it in the pub with a pint. It was an excellent night as we had fish & chips a pint and then an alternative accordionist played till 11pm. A short walk back to the room which was lovely and warm. Breakfast was absolutely superb the best we had over the 10 days.,

Lovely, quaint B&B great area, lovely host, good breakfast, the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in at a B&B (loved the dorma bedding and denby cups.........lovely little additions Would definately recommend
