I have stayed here multiple times with my family this will continue to be the number one motel that I choose when in San Bernardino The staff is great I've never been treated more wonderful at another motel The rooms are clean the area is quiet and they go above and beyond with their service The managers Dolores and Alicia are great they actually love their job they're not just doing their job they love what they do I would recommend this motel to anyone I know as well as people that I don't. Come check them out

Parking was very easy and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. The pool was very nice and refreshing after driving through traffic in the hot sun.

The Room was clean just didn't have a remote in there took a while to get .the staff were very friendly they were very communicated. The only bad thing is you have to leave a deposit and the end of your stay they decide whether to give it back I lost my 60 dollars over towels being pink ! Other than that it all was good there is a Walmart nearby a Am.pm gas station and fast food very convenient

Front desk didnt have change, had to go to the gas station to get some. There were roaches in the bathroom & little flies in the room

Horrible, do not stay.

They cancelled my reservation because I didn’t answer a phone call from them. I was in the shower, called them back 20 mins later. Called and no one answered. Went to go check in an hour later, first it was an extra $40 for early check in, and an additional $60 cash deposit that I get back after the stay. So what shoulda been $90 stay went up to $130 plus the early check in and $60 deposit. $210 said no thank you and found another hotel 10 mins down the road. Also the front desk check in lady was rude, she told me “I need to be more aware when I get phone calls” even after I told her I was in the shower when they called. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND. Plus it’s a shady location.

My stay was so amazing that we decide to rebook another stay for a couple more days one of the best affordable motels in San Bernardino ♥️ Alicia is such wonderful manager her attitude is always great and can brighten your day 😊Lia and James are the best workers they always do what they can for there customers. Every time I stay here it's always been such a wonderful experience from the rooms to the staff staff is always so wonderful and helpful they will help in any way that they can if you're not completely satisfied with your room they will adjust what they need to but that has never been a issue here rooms are always clean quiet I love to stay here and we'll continue to stay here when in town check them out they're great The manager Alicia is such a wonderful employee as well as their other employees Leah and James were always great and always there to help
