Was worried after reading some reviews. I had a wonderful stay. While the rooms are a bit dated, furnishings and bathroom/kitchen on the older side, the room was clean, functional and spacious. My room was on the 36th floor and had a balcony with a great view. So happy I picked this accommodation. Great location, close to MRT and convention center with e-bikes right out front. The staff was very nice, the cleaning lady came every day. For me, I did not care about the apartment being dated as long as it was clean with no bugs, which it was. I think this place is very good value for the money.

入住時辦公室有點難找，找到後就很順利。共住3天，但早上連續兩天被清掃人員打擾。櫃檯說11點後會來，但第一天10:30來，第二天竟然9點就敲門，還在稅後10點又來一次。大概是承包商想做完快回家。 不過辦公室回應很迅速，傳訊後不久就來道歉，晚一點大概是老闆還打電話來說退費一些… 今天退房拿到嚇一跳… 還挺豐厚的退款… 住宿環境還不錯，舊一點但乾淨… 在大樓中所以挺安全… 附近百貨中走路就可以到，樓下有全家… 下次還會來住這間

樓層感覺是有長期住宿及短期住宿客。 樓上地板、走道與隔壁間聲音很清楚。 設備老舊、冷氣壓縮機聲音很大。 沒有停車位，沒附早餐。 環境算是清潔，天花板上的裝置不知是否會清理，很怕有灰塵會掉下來。 有一個很窄的小陽台及洗衣機，因空間太小也不會想要出去陽台，洗衣機共同使用，也不敢使用。 不會想要再來住。

少し古いマンションの一室を利用したアパートメントホテル。 チェックインが分かりにくく、駅方面から来て正面の管理室とファミマを過ぎて左折し更に玄関を過ぎで吹き抜けのようなスペースを左手に入ると受付窓口あり。 部屋は高層階でキレイにリノベーションしてあり快適。 チェックアウトが早朝の場合はキーを1階玄関にある指定のポストに入れるよう指示あり。 管理人さんも受付の人も親切でした。
