I am really disappointed to even have to write this. The hose was nice and spoke very highly of the stay and the amenities. However I feel she set the bar extremely high for us only to be very disappointed. The room we were put into was very small, there was a used razor in the shower and the tub did not drain when showering. The biggest part & the reason why im doing the rating was the breakfast. We chose to stay at a B&B was for the homemade breakfast. She boasted of a 3 course meal. We got frozen sausage appetizer balls, sliced bananas with mini chocolate chips and ice cream sundae strawberry syrup drizzle then the main was chicken nuggets on top of costco belgian waffle minis. It was all processed, packaged and reheated. I was extremely disappointed.

The location and home was exceptional. The staff felt stressed out to me and voiced concerns about people not showing up for breakfast in front of everyone. I understand how frustrating that can be, however, to bring that to the table made me uncomfortable and uneasy. The food was amazing and we do appreciate the care taken in planning. No shade, just would recommend being mindful of how you can do everything right, and speak out your frustrations, and the atmosphere changes.

What a find! Staying at Surf Song is a combination of a homelike setting luxury service. The bed sheets are high quality, smooth and comfortable. Many little delightful extras. It would take too long to name them all.

Owner and staff were very attentive and prepared a wonderful breakfast each day, along with afternoon snacks and plenty of other goodies. The location was also convenient to the beach and walkable to some attractions and restaurants

Beautiful home, comfortable and perfectly decorated rooms. Quiet. The innkeeper has thought of everything. There was even a sleep machine in the room! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty (FYI, dietary restrictions are not accommodated.) Plenty of coffee, drinks, ice, snacks. Beach towels are provided (as are sunscreen and bug spray) and the walk to the beach is short. Walkable distance to a few restaurants. Free guest parking and has a bike rack. We enjoyed and look forward to a future stay.

It was our first time at a B&B. It was very relaxing and safe. Its like the Hamptons of GA. I would definitely return! Food was good and room was very clean. Host was a morning person also very friendly. They made us feel very welcomed!

Stayed here for a mother-daughter trip & loved it! Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, & a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and other basics are provided to you. Only a few minutes from the marine science center, lighthouse, etc. My only tiny complaint is that our room on the first floor was a little tight and would probably be better for a solo traveler, but I know they can’t do much regarding room sizes! Overall 5 stars :)

This home is so charming! Our bed was super comfy. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfasts were “out of this world” amazing!!! Just a short walk to the beach, great food & drinks, or the historical lighthouse and fort. It was the perfect weekend!!!

Great place to stay!

What a lovely place to stay! I love it so much!! People are super helpful and kind. It was my first time in Tybee Island and I’m very happy to have chosen this place to stay. Breakfast is amazing too. I truly recommend this place for everyone!

Love Surf Song Inn! We’ll be back!

This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast impeccably restored and maintained. The rooms are immaculate! Breakfasts are gourmet feasts made with care. Within walking distance of several restaurants…the best one being Sundae Cafe. We enjoyed our time on the beach and then sitting on the incredible wrap around porch! Loved Tybee Island and loved the Surf Song Inn! Megan and Jeremy are wonderful hosts. We will be back!

We stayed in the Sunrise room and it was amazing, the house as a whole was amazing. The owner on the other hand was not pleasant at all. She makes her rules clear then makes you feel like a piece of trash if they are not followed such as breakfast times

The location was great, walking distance to the beach. The area was safe and quiet. The Inn Keeper was very attentive to our needs. The building was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and was more than I expected. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
