Playing catch up to RR's new standards.
Red Roof has significantly elevated its brand lately. This property, however, is still playing catch-up.
The room had old soap left on top of the shower, a large hole in the wall that hadn’t been repaired, and new lamps with the plastic still on the shades. Vanity handles were installed backwards. Housekeeping missed obvious details.
They charged a full $100 deposit at check-in but refused to inspect the room when I asked to leave. Later, I was refunded only $80 with the claim that I had “stained the sheets.” I’m sorry, what?
Poor management. Shady practices. This location does not reflect the standard Red Roof is working hard to achieve.
