It was ok

Didn’t realize our room was going to be on the 4th level (so many stairs). They should have had a questionnaire form about ability to climb that amount of stairs. It was so far out from the main attractions. Definitely a more relaxation spot!

My New Favorite beach vacation spot! Pros: Beautiful sunrise view. Shells galore! Went in mid May and very few people around. Super easy to check in and out via text messages. Safety with passcode for door and FREE laundry!!! Friendly staff with almost immediate responses to questions via text or call. Outdoor hose for washing feet and chairs. Very clean, dishes and dishwasher available in unit. Plenty of room inside and outside for sitting and enjoying the atmosphere. Lots of beaches to choose from with easy access. Lots of places to eat within 10 minutes and loads of shops within 30-60 minutes. Cons: main bed not really comfy to my taste but my Kiddo loved her Murphy bed. Sheets were a bit rough for me and I ended up buying my own blanket. Perfect souvenir and made a big difference. I recommend bug spray . I got chewed up by something when I was waiting in the laundry room. However I also had the door open so I might have just let in a nasty mosquito.

Our TV did not work. We had to go three flights of stairs to go get batteries for the remote. You should have maintenance to fix things like this. Never got it fixed so we moved rooms when we did we checked under the beds to make sure we did not leave anything and it was dirty underwear. We get to the next room and there’s dirty socks. I’ve never been to a beach where we had to fight sandbags. I guess this place is meant for younger people. 70 years old and have to carry your luggage upstairs is too much. I guess I didn’t check into it enough. We were just meeting friends there. We will never be back sorry

Other than a slightly leaky toilet, it was great! Property even has Adirondack chairs at each unit. Which was awesome to watch the sunrise/sunset. And the beach was right behind our unit. I will definitely revisit this location again.

The place has a great view but that's because it is almost a part of the ocean. I do not think the property will be there much longer before nature reclaims it. The beach is gone. There are giant sandbags in covering the beach in a last ditch effort to save the property. I was there less than 2 years ago and the beach was much wider with soft sand. Now you have to do gymnastics to get over the sandbags and to the beach. And the beach is mostly hard, broken shells. The houses near by are almost gone as well.

Floor in kitchen was raised by 1/4” with a sharp surround. It was a major tripping hazard and my adult son sliced his toe open within an hour of arriving. Beach is eroding and the entire beachfront of the property is covered/blocked with sandbags. Strange layout with outside door opening directly into bedroom. BTW - cannot see the lighthouse.
