Great Hotel-Need Softer beds
I love this hotel. Just wish the beds were softer, they are extremely hard. The rooms are amazing, and the entire property is 5 stars. Only thing that needs to improve are the mattresses.

Everything was very nice staff was friendly, maybe under staffed a litte - not anyomes fault, the staff was certainly working extra hard to accomodate. Breakfast was good, but again under staffed as the lady was doing that and helping out front at the same time. Would still come back again for our next family trip there!

Great location. Nice staff. Room smelled like mold and bed was super hard. But for the price and one night, it was fine

Great value for the money. Good breakfast...and I don't give many of those. If you don't want to pat through the nose in Medora, stay here.

Great place to stay in Dickinson ND
The people at check in where very friendly and the process was fast.
When we got to the room we noticed that the door wouldn't latch when closed, but a quick call to the front desk had a repairman there in no time a the issue was resolved.
The room was clean and quiet and for an older hotel it is kept up quite nice.
The breakfasts were adequate, offering more than we would normally have if we were at home.

Loved the pool, and hot tub! Room was clean. Wish we would have been separated from bigger loud groups staying beside us- since the hotel is obviously not full they could give guests some separation for noise . Haven’t had the breakfast yet, but says it is a hot breakfast and restaurant seating looks good.

Nice but a bit disappointing
Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The lounge wasnt open either night as apparently their staff fails to show up. It was one of the reasons we chose to stay..for onsite dinner and drinks.

So-so
I bookes this hotel become it has a restaurant and bar attached. We got there to find them both closed on Sundays. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the rooms need some work.

We were disappointed on arrival. They checked us in but room had not been cleaned yet. Hotel advertised bar and restaurant of which neither was open due to staff shortages. This is an event center but sure didn't cater to the patrons staying there .
The room we had was spacious.
