Comfortable stay if you have to go to Key Largo
Nice hotel located on the main thoroughfare but also on the water in Key Largo. Nice swimming pool and free bicycles (although there are not many places to ride nearby). Comfortable unit but there were electrical problems that kept tripping the circuit breaker when we turned on the living room lights. Restaurant options nearby.

Peaceful resort with easy access to entertainment
We did a quick overnight stay for our first visit to the keys. We chose this placed based on location away from the hub area and were very happy with the area - easy to get to, not too much traffic. There were several restaurants and bars within quick walking distance - very fun and convenient :) We also loved the resort itself. The room was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks and the waterfront sitting area. Very quiet and a great place to relax and reflect on our trip.

Not the relaxing trip we planned. Nonstop noise.
They were doing construction and all hours of the day we heard banging and drills. Even outside, trying to relax by the beach there was a chipper and power tools chainsaws running nonstop every single day. Walls were very thin in the room. We could hear this from when we woke up too late into the evening could hear the people in the room next to us snoring. I think the location is beautiful. The people were very nice, but when I told them what our experience was at the end, I got a shoulder shrug from a blue haired girl that was just like who cares we had maintenance scheduled for our coconut trees this week. I think if you know you have maintenance scheduled and people are going to be disrupted offer a discount on a return stay. Offer a free service or something to compensate for the inconvenience. Tell people upfront that the maintenance is going on and that the rental unit they rented is going to have construction through a thin wall the entire time. It just was not the relaxing trip of unwinding in that beautiful atmosphere we had in intended because of the nonstop noise.

Un petit bout de paradis au début des Keys.
Notre séjour d’une nuit s’est très bien passé, l’établissement est neuf et paisible. La propreté est irréprochable et le personnel chaleureux. Le coucher de soleil est top également vu des chaises longues mise à disposition par l’établissement.

Quick Stay
This was a second stay at Amoray. They have a nice white sand beach (on the small side) and a large deck on the water with great views. The pool is heated and they do offer complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. There is a food truck located by the office for breakfast options (and maybe lunch). The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the outside of some of the buildings are a little rundown. They do appear to be updating them though. It was a quick walk down to Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill Restaurant and to the famous Caribbean Club bar. Another great stay!

Great place to stay. Just stayed the night on the way back from Key West but it was a nice place. We paddle boarded and enjoyed the view and the pool. The shower was not the best water pressure but other then that nice stay

Simple two bed room but the grounds and the relaxed vibe were amazing. The heated pool is warm. The view of the Sound is perfect. Close the restaurants. It is adjacent to the walking and biking path.

Room 11, right above the reception. Extremely noisy because of proximity to the main road. Air conditioner smelled super funky, had to turn it off. Other than that the room was very clean. It was fine for a one night stay but wouldn’t return unless we were diving.
