There are very few toiletries in the room, and the sound insulation of the house is not good. Free parking is convenient. Great location, very easy access to Acadia National Park.

The Hotel and the area around is safe. You get free parking was a plus . I liked that I could walk front office and get me a cup of hot coffee. The Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel area was lack of restaurants or shopping. We would drive to Bar Harbor to eat dinner and it’s about 20 minutes drive. Also, hotel bar closed too early for us which was 9pm

The third floor room was a bit small. It had a refrigerator but no microwave. The entire space was very clean. Bathroom and shower very good.

There were only a couple of things to mention. Overall we had a good stay, however in our room we had a door that I am guessing would lead to the room next door, this may be this way for families, however having that door or the walls being thin we could hear the folks talking in the room next door. We could also hear folks outside talking. Also it was hard controlling the temp as the heater is an old style dial and we found it hard to control the temp. Otherwise it was a nice place and very clean. We liked the ounge room as well, sitting up at night playing games that are provided, made it feel like we were at home.

Fell in love with this quaint property in Northeast Harbor. Off the beaten path with a view of the boats in the bay from our balcony, we had all the peace and scenic bliss we desired. To top it off, it was attached to the best restaurant on the island. Truly delicious food! Also loved the gift shop. Nothing but great memories of this older, but well maintained, quaint resort!

The wall is paper thin. I can literally hear people in the next room yawn. Terrible if you have loud people in the rooms above or beside you. Breakfast is only available in the restaurant next door and it was meager. Won't be back again

A Wonderful Stay
Kimball Terrace Inn is in a great location looking over the beautiful Northeast Harbor. The staff gave us a friendly welcome, the room was comfortable and clean, the shower had good pressure, and the fridge was convenient. It is less than a 15 minute drive from Jordan Pond and other Acadia National Park attractions. The attached restaurant is also a nice place to eat. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, room had everything we needed as far as toiletries hairdryer fridge etc. and we enjoyed the coffee from reception area. Loved our room with a view of the harbor and a balcony to enjoy it from. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved that we had easy access to the lower Acadia Park entrance. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for the wonderful 3 nights we spent here!

The property has been renovated, it's very clean and the harbor view outside is spectacular. It also has a restaurant right next door that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and close to Northeast Harbor downtown that you can walk
