Tight parking lot getting in and out of with customers who have bigger vehicles already parked near the entrance where there is a wall going along the property. Air conditioning/heating unit was dirty. Made us feel like we had stuffy noses. The walls are super thin and we heard the customers next door snoring loudly and even showering. We turned our tv on to wash out the noise. Floors were dirty and refrigerator in the room didn’t keep anything cold. You get what you pay for I guess. Don’t think we will stay here again. Didn’t feel safe.

The rooms on the lower level have issues. Sloppy repairs to the room after previous flooding of the property, evidence of flood damage 5ft up the walls. The room door had a 1/4" gap from the handle to the floor, warped from flooding. 2 hardback chairs but no table. Shower dirty, uncaulked shower base, no bathroom light cover. Daylight visible behind shower stall, there is a room behind the shower with no wall in between. If we stay there again, never in those lower level rooms.

The staff was friendly. The room was small but clean. Duct tape was used to hold towel rack together. The front of the building had been remodled and looked very nice. The back side of the building looked like it needs a refresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The price was good and we'd stay again.

Very affordable stay but the condition of the property is bad. Paper-thin construction meant that the footsteps from people above us prevented us from sleeping. Minimalist bedding was not warm enough on a cold October night. Grimy walls and door handles. You get what you pay for.

Won’t stay here again
The location of the motel was ideal, and the staff was very friendly. However, the room was small cold and the bathroom was and had black mold and mushrooms, growing near the shower and a slug. Also, the handle for the shower was broken. The room was inexpensive however we assumed that because it was a Wyndham property it would be decent.

One side of the parking lot was closed so all vehicles had to enter and exit from the same location. Not an issue for us as the hotel was not fully booked but I would imagine it would be a pain if fully booked

Price meets expectations, but that location!!
For what I paid, the place achieved expectations with regards to condition: perhaps a lick of paint here and there are all that are needed, and some components were distinctly worn. However what exceeded expectations fell into two categories: location and accommodation. I was steps from the piers in the south of Lake George, and restaurants were still within comfortable walking distance even if most were closed for the season. Second, I requested to stay parked in the lot after checkout to go for a run. They were more than welcoming for this! I enjoyed my time. If I had to choose something I wish to be better, it would be easier access to hot coffee rather than to get to the lobby.
