It was raining and around 930pm when we arrived to the hotel. The awning was blocked off due to construction. We didn't see the signs when we got there due to the wind knocking them down but there are signs pointing you to use the side entrance doors. It would've been nice to have seen the signs before we got wet walking to the front doors. Once we made it inside, we waited 5-10 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk to check us in. She was on a smoke break. Upon our initial inspection, the room seemed to be clean but the bathroom still had hair in it in several places from the previous guests and there was soap or cleaner left on the bathroom sink area. There was also urine under the toilet seat. I spoke with the cleaning staff the next morning and it was taken care of. The sheets were clean but the room could use some extra dusting. We only took advantage of the breakfast one morning and it was subpar. We were downstairs at 7:15 am and most of the food was gone with no employee in sight to refresh the food. By 7:45 the food hadn't been replenished (luckily there were pancakes). The area around the hotel is nice and luckily there are a lot of dining options.

We stayed here for 1 day and that was 1 too many days. The room wasn't ready even with a 3:00 PM check-in. I was told the room would be ready at 2:30 PM then 3:00 PM. At 3:00 PM, I came back inside to see if the room was ready and I was told it wasn't ready. Then I was told to check back at 3:15 PM or I could switch the room. I said I will switch rooms which ended up being the same room I booked but just on a different floor. The stay was an uncomfortable stay. I always sanitize my room anyway, but I really had to clean the room. The hallway had a smell and the floor needed vacuuming. Everytime the air came on, it made the room feel wet. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay. We had the elevator go out and had to stay until noon today vs leaving at 9 am. But everyone was very nice and ready to assist with getting my 88 year old Father down 3 flights of steps. But all ended good with elevator getting fixed by noon. Would stay again because very clean and nice staff.

Beautiful rooms. We were disappointed at breakfast to find only coffee to drink (which we don't). Juice was not working, so no cold option offered, not even water. Very low toilet in rooms, if hip or knee issues. We would stay again.

Hotel under construction. Don’t recommend!
This hotel was under construction and we were not warned. It would’ve been helpful to proceed had we known it was under construction. They placed a crib in our room, as requested, but with no mattress. When I asked the front desk for a mattress, the lady said she didn’t have a key and “what is in the room is what you get”. When we arrived to our room, the door was cracked open and it seemed the room hadn’t been finished being prepared. The coffee maker was out on the coffee table instead of on the counter. The ice bucket bag was missing. And the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. We did get decent sleep as the beds were comfortable. We would not recommend staying here, at least under the current management.
