Room was advertised as accessible. I assumed that meant handicap accessible. I was wrong. I am 5’8”. Toilet extremely low. Needed help getting off. Bed extremely high. Husband and I both had trouble getting into it. No closet. Bathroom fan and light connected to one switch. Had to listen to noisy fan each time we went in. No blackout curtain liners. Wifi was weak in Rm 210, hard to connect and would drop out. Restaurant had great wifi reception. Getting luggage from car to hotel and back again was very hard. No luggage carts and distance to walk with luggage in hand unpleasant. The Two steps to climb or descend from parking lot difficult with luggage for 73 yr old husband. He had to make two trips each way. Staff very friendly. Great free-with-room breakfast in its restaurant. Couldn’t beat the location. Nicely Decorated in shaker style. Pegs on wall placed at least 6 ft from floor for hanging clothes, hence the lack of closet and/or armoire. If you are short or in wheelchair good luck. Fresh baked small loaf of pumpkin bread in room. If you aren’t handicapped, you will likely enjoy your stay. It is beautiful and ideally located.
