The worse

I got there she had me check the room before checking in, I went in stuff was broken every where, I went back to her said I need another room and she had again go check another room and it was decent. I stepped out and realized I left my room key inside my room. I got back the office was closed reached out to a number that was listed on the door and nothing, I tried everything and nobody came around to assist me. I had to book another hotel somewhere else. Not worth it. The worse .

Horrible hotel

The place is more of a half way house than a hotel. I have never left a review on anything before but this place was horrible. Does not look like the photos at all, the rooms are dirty and unkept, the bathroom had roaches and rust stains on the wall, the towels are old and dingy along with looking like they are recycled from the local gym. The lock on the door did not work properly and took multiple attempts each time to open the door with the key card. If you arrive after 9 pm you will be waiting until you can wake up the front desk representative who will eventually show up in sweat pants and sandals to hand you a key card. TV and Wi-Fi did not work and the walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you.

Every guest deserves respect

The photos on Hotels.com and their webpage are misleading and do not accurately represent this property. I specifically requested an accessible room with an accessible bathroom, but the property does not have the advertised accessibility features. No one from the hotel ever contacted me to inform me that they could not accommodate my request. When I arrived, the front desk staff admitted that the pictures online were from other properties owned by the same company. This is advertised as a "hotel suites" property, yet the room lacked basic furnishings like a table and chairs. When I requested a refund due to the lack of accessibility and missing amenities, the staff was condescending and dismissive. I am requesting a full refund, as the property does not provide what was promised on Hotels.com. This is not a proper hotel suite—the building and rooms are not ADA-compliant. Additionally, the conditions are unacceptable: graffiti on the headboard and walls, broken doors, mildew in the bathroom and hallways, cracked tiles, uneven sidewalks, and a parking lot full of potholes. The hallways reek of smoke, as smoking appears to be allowed everywhere. Respectfully, this property should not be open to the public, in every step is an accident waiting to happen, definitely this is not a hotel suite. Every guest deserves the respect of accurate photos and descriptions, and customer service when booking a stay.

Check in Was horrible. Waited almost an hour for someone to show up. No one answeres the phone number that was provided. The proprety was dirty, looked like people just threw their trash anywhere on the property. Very diaappointing. After long drive all i wanted was and easy check in and t9 go to bed, but like i saod previously had to wait over and hour fo lr someone to get there to property to check us in.

Bare minimum

The pictures displayed for this hotel do not represent what I saw. Rust in the sink drain, pitted faucet, the only "lock" on the sliding glass doors was stick in the tracks, only 1 pillow supplied per bed, which only had 1 sheet each. There was a comforter in the closet... 1. Yes this was cheap, very cheap. I was only there to sleep a few hours, then left early. As far as I could tell it seemed to be fairly clean at least.

Our door lock didn’t work and maintenance didn’t fix it, asked for another towel and didn’t get it. No room service for linen exchange or anything. Fire alarm was hanging from the wall. Some TV remote buttons weren’t working. Beds had 1 small pillow.

This place is nasty!

Stay away from this place! I’ve been killing roaches since I checked in, had to fumigate the room a couple of times and roaches keep coming out the walls or out of any hole you don’t close, there are drug addicts everywhere, very sketchy place and if you need toilet paper they will charge you $10 yes $10 for a toilet paper roll, at least the front desk employees are nice. My recommendation for the hotel save every $10 you charge for toilet paper and pay a good roach exterminator or just shut down the place I’ve been sick since I checked in and haven’t left because I stupidly payed in advance and can’t lose the money I paid! Place is very unsanitary, do not come with kids, do not come with pets I have a pet that since we got here has a ugly rash on her skin, probably bitten by some insect or bed bug.

Went to check in around 5:30pm, myself and others were told that rooms were still being cleaned as housekeepers called in. Was told my room would be ready in about 10min I was good with it and waited. Went to my room and cleaning lady was still there so I went and sat in my truck for a little while longer. Once in the room I went to turn the a/c on as we’re in Florida and it was about 85 degrees, a/c doesn’t work. I ho up to the front desk and let them know and just get a sigh from the lady working. I go back to my room and try to call the number to the hotel so I can see if I can move rooms, no answer and it says to text them. I send a text saying that my a/c doesn’t work with my room number and get no response.

When I got there the lady wasn’t there they were closed . Then she told me my room wasn’t ready I told her ok I hope the room is like what it says in the pics I reserved on line . Nope it was an old room that was out dated has carpet and no got water I got out of there as fast as I can . Made me wait three hours for my room just to not have hot water ans a old room

The first room they tried getting me to accept had black mold on the ceiling, obviously water damage. And the surface wiring in the closet was messed up to the point of being unsafe. And the towel holder was missing. And the bathtub was filthy. I complained and refused the room
