Nice location for me for a visit to Arthur's seat through Holyrood park Rd. The room is warm and cozy consider the price. Still, it could be better if they are able to store my luggage.

很陳舊的旅館，嚴格來說只是民宿，要電話聯系才能辦理入住手續。地點適中，價錢合理，裝修陳舊，地氈和地板因為太舊地面不平。其中一晚沒有熱水供應，可能是星期六，日的原故，即使投訴，都無人理會，因此一晚沒法沖涼，第二晚繼續冇熱水供應，經過極力爭取，店家才安排我們去另一房間沖涼。賣

All in all good, if compared to the cheap price. Kind staff. The problem is that they are not clear enough in the booking flow, since they sold me a room with garden view and I ended in a room at level -1 with one tiny window heading nowhere (probably facing a wall considering the darkness). The bathroom was private but external, but this was not specified in the booking. I would have booked the room anyways, therefore I’d recommend the property to be more specific on the room’s characteristics.

Bedbugs!!! Stay away!!! We told the manager and didn‘t even got an answer!!! We searched on google and found a comment about bedbugs from 4 months prior! So they obviously didn’t do anything about it!

Wallpaper was peeling on walls. Toilet far too narrow and bathroom a real state... Clean but clearly just painted over damp and painted over terrible wallpaper. Get rid of that wardrobe and hairdryer. Room too dark...needs ligteninhand a curtain to cover the scary window that is a window into a room. Dark and scary. Named the purple dungeon on reviews. Get rid of the purple and modernise it. positives are the host was lovely and beds comfy and clean. Needs re papering and re plastering . New bathroom sink etc.

A strange experience. On arrival being given 4 separate keys and being told very clearly that check out was 11am at the very latest! My first experience of having the toilet and shower in a separate room, not ideal when needing the loo in the night trying to work out which key was needed for each room.

Unrepeatable
The person who greeted me when I arrived was courteous and businesslike. The room was very small in area with the minimum of space and facility. It was not very clean with some areas very dirty. The room had a washbasin which was accessible only by clambering over the bed. The shared toilet and shower room were very cramped, basic and did not look very clean. I did not use the shower and the toilet as little as possible. I simply could not relax here and left as soon as I could in the morning. I was overall a sobering experience which I will never want to repeat.
This shows the difficult access to the uncomfortable bed.
This is the tiny area to sit in.

No cumple los mínimos de higiene.
Este alojamiento no cumple los mínimos de higiene, principalmente por la suciedad en el baño (habitación 1), la cortina de la ducha tenía mucho moho, así como otras partes del baño, olor a humedad en toda la habitación, no habia nada de ventilación, la única ventana no se podía abrir, teniendo en cuenta que he pagado 200€ por noche creo que está muy lejos de la calidad que uno espera, no recomiendo este alojamiento.
