Here’s a polished five-star hotel review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect and convenient to everything I needed. The amenities were great and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The staff was amazing they even came to turn our air down more and on high since it was 100 degrees outside. Super nice! The check in staff was very friendly and fast. The ambiance was wonderful. They had everything you need on campus. The place was immaculate. It looked like a page from a magazine. Very clean! Will definitely stay again!

I would have rated my stay at the Courtyard a 10/10 up until the morning I woke up and discovered ants everywhere. There were ants crawling all across the desk/counter area and around my belongings. As you can see from the photos, this wasn’t just one or two ants—it was enough to be extremely noticeable, uncomfortable, and concerning. What disappointed me even more was how the situation was handled when I brought it to the hotel’s attention. I was simply told that they would give me some extra points. There was no genuine apology for the inconvenience, no real sense of urgency, and no discussion of other options to make the situation right. I wasn’t offered a full refund, partial refund, or even given a choice of compensation other than points. It basically felt like, “We’ll give you some points,” and that was the end of the conversation. The response honestly felt more like a brush-off, especially because the reaction made it seem as though this may have been an issue they were already aware of. There didn’t seem to be much surprise or concern about the fact that a guest had awakened to ants throughout the room. I completely understand that unexpected issues can happen at any hotel, and had the situation been handled differently, my review probably would have been different as well. Customer service and accountability make a huge difference when something goes wrong.
