I booked a king size bed, when i arrived I was told I could only have a double bed - but the rate didn't change. The old bait & switch... The room was old/outdated, stains on the carpet, furniture looked like it was recovered from a tornado - just an old hotel. No major red flags and decent cleanliness. I guess this type of setting is what the new $200/night standard is - the only reason we stayed here is because pets are allowed.

Overpriced for what you get.
Super hot weather....but pool was closed. Only 1 working elevator and we were on 5th floor. No fridge or microwave in the quite small room. Way overpriced...we paid double the price that we paid at a best western the night before in Columbus that was much nicer.

It is an average hotel in a shopping parking lot; stains on carpet in room and paint missing on ceiling but appeared overall clean; not as nice as other Hampton inn and suites I have stayed in; more like a holiday inn express

Bad
There is no refrigerator, microwave or a phone in our room. Hotel is run down. Cost higher than what I should be for the condition of the hotel and missing amenities. There should be a phone in the room as well as a refrigerator. Will not recommend and will not stay there again.

Curious about booking rules
Reserved a room and was told at 9:30 upon arrival, they did not have a room available. Highly disappointing after driving all day. Furthermore, hotel desk attendant was not too accommodating as he simply said I must contact Hotels.com. Finally got a hotel downtown in the party district where getting to sleep was not very easy given the noise.

Great for a short stay.
It's nice and comfortable, we checked in late and checked out early. Only one night. Staff was friendly and beds were nice. Bathroom was OK, if a little small. There was no ice in any of the ice machines. Check in and out was easy and quick.
